Back in the day, Niigata's Sanbai was an extremely hard-to-find brand. I often visited Niigata Takata on business and was often presented with it. At the time, I had no interest in sake at all and almost never went through with it. Now, in 2021, Koshino-Kanbai is easily available at Aeon. Mine-no-Hakubai is also often seen as Hishiko at local liquor stores. However, Yukinubai is not so easy to find in my hometown. So, I got it on a business trip to Joetsu.
