At a soba restaurant selected as one of the 100 best soba restaurants in "EAT LOG". I was lost in the many dishes on the menu and decided to go with my favorite "Kamo Seiro" and a decanter of Kanazawa-ya sake. It was recommended as dry, but it was soft rather than refreshingly dry. It was delicious!

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023(´¦) Very sharp and refreshing, a dry sake with a thick body that is not light. A junmai sake that tastes great chilled. No strong character, but good for everyday drinking I imagined that Frog's ginjo-nama-zake next to it would also be good, but my weak liver stopped screaming and I gave up on it! Welcome Spring with Iga Sake (5) Iga Sake Fair this spring. The last one is a matured sake. Mie Nishiki's super-harsh junmai. First at room temperature. Pale gold in color. The top aroma is gently rounded, with an aged aroma reminiscent of fermented butter. From the slightly thickened mouthfeel, The mild ripeness of the mouthfeel The taste of rice is thick and round, The finish is capped off with acidity and bitterness, while leaving a lingering astringent taste and the umami of rice. The water content seems to have been adjusted, It is easy to drink, yet the thickness of the rice flavor can still be felt, which is typical of Mie Nishiki. When heated, the acidity and bitterness become more pronounced, and the richness of the creamy rice is more pronounced. Umu-umu-umu. Mie Nishiki is no longer brewed. (- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.
