GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

Morimoto Morimoto Junmai Sake "Hatsu-no-Takimikiri 2022". This is my first time to drink this brewery. It was a delicious one 🍶🎶 and served chilled. Hakone Drink Comparison Set (2) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink. Of course, it goes well with ingredients as they are, but it also goes well with dishes that have been added, such as those using dashi (Japanese soup stock)!

Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

If you drink Ryujinmaru I want to compare the Takagaki sake brewery ⁉️ So I compared with Kirari 😆. The aroma of this one is also very robust 😳 This one is a little more refreshing. The mouthfeel is quite heavy for a recent sake, but lighter than the Ryujinmaru we drank earlier. The sharpness also has a rummy feel to it and is more refreshing than the Ryujinmaru, but I think this one has more of a cloying aftertaste. I think so.
