At Ya-Ya in Kobe. This is the first time to drink Neko Masamune since it was transferred from the defunct Omi Sake Brewery to Maihime🐱. It has a sweet taste with a slight graininess from the freshness. It tastes a little messy, but it's not that bad, right? Might prefer it to Omi Neko Masamune 🤔. It's quite fruity and has a pungent and alu taste, but maybe it's good? It's sweeter the longer it's been open.

Good evening! 😀 It's June and the weather is like a cold rainy season, so I don't know what to wear 😅. Tomorrow, it's going to be 2 degrees lower than today. I wonder if the weather will continue to be so bad 😱. The general meeting at the end of last month was held at a local grand hotel, and the sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai from the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink. If the sake is not made with the same level of care and attention as the all-you-can-drink sake, more and more people will leave the sake industry, and short-term tricks will not be effective these days. I enjoyed it very much! Thank you 😁.

National Sake Fair 2025 (2) The second bottle is Nanafukujin. This sake is made by Iwate Prefecture's Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. I compared the sake rice at the Iwate Prefecture booth with Yui no Kou, Gin Ginga, and Gin Otome (3rd 📷), and I was still curious about the Seven Lucky Gods, so I popped it in for a refresher. It is served chilled. The color is almost crystal with a few bubbles. The top aroma is sweet and gorgeous with aromas of apple and melon. There is also a slight banana feeling. From the smooth mouthfeel with a gentle effervescence, the sweet and fruity taste slowly dissolves and spreads a soft sweet richness with a slight caramelized taste. The lingering sweetness is slowly brought together by a refreshing acidity and gentle bitterness in the finish. From the gorgeous aroma, a gentle, full-bodied sweetness develops, which can be easily tasted with a greenish acidity and a gentle bitterness. I like this lingering bittersweet fullness. Research shows that Kikuno-ji Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture and is currently located in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture. This Nanafukujin has been a long seller since 1966, and with renewals, it is now a Junmai Daiginjo made with Ginga. I wonder if the yeast is from Giopanni, a GI Iwate sake. It is only at the National Sake Fair that you can meet such a sake 😊.

Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

The sake has been dry for a while, but let's have a sake with a very dry sake degree of +20 🎵Nagaragawa is basically dry 🤔Oh, it's spicy! Nagara River booth. It is not sold outside of the prefecture, so I guess it is a rare brewery to see in the Kansai region. I was a bit intimidated by the dryness of the sake, but when I tried it, I found it wasn't too hot. I think they were all refreshing.

Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya Sake Rice used is Hidahomare. It is a so-called summer sake, and is said to be aged for one year. It does not have a matured feel and has a mild mouthfeel. This is a unit work of three breweries in Joetsu: Katafune (Takeda Sake Brewery), Koshiji-no-Kenbai (Kubiki Shuzo), and Chiyonomitsu (Chiyonomitsu Sake Brewery). Kura-kept yeast, fresh yeast, and shibari. The proprietor introduced that there is a new trial in Niigata as well. Delicious! It starts with a light sweetness, followed by acidity and a sharp bitterness. This complexity is good. I couldn't take my eyes off of the sake from Joetsu. There is a recommendation from Takeda Shuzo on the back label, which is also interesting.

Relief as usual. Perhaps because I'm used to drinking it, the nightly aridness has decreased somewhat. I wondered if the flavor varies from bottle to bottle, but this one tasted a little better than usual. The description may seem contradictory, but that's how I feel. I've always wanted to drink Taniizumi! I wasn't sure which one to choose, but on the other hand, it looks like the regular sake is harder to find, so I chose this one😃! It's a regular sake, but apparently it's Fukuroshibori! The first sip gave me the impression that it was a traditional sake☺️. The first sip was like a traditional sake ☺️ I could taste the strong grain flavor but then the sweetness and mellowness came through 😚 it wasn't dry 😆.
