(- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.

At Ya-Ya in Kobe. This is the first time to drink Neko Masamune since it was transferred from the defunct Omi Sake Brewery to Maihime🐱. It has a sweet taste with a slight graininess from the freshness. It tastes a little messy, but it's not that bad, right? Might prefer it to Omi Neko Masamune 🤔. It's quite fruity and has a pungent and alu taste, but maybe it's good? It's sweeter the longer it's been open.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

Faint golden color with a grain aroma. Bitter, astringent, and acidic tastes overlap each other. If you expect the fruity and sweetness of a typical Junmai Daiginjo, you are way off. I drank it cold, but I might try warming it up. The Nishijin textile label is cool❗️.

Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

The sake has been dry for a while, but let's have a sake with a very dry sake degree of +20 🎵Nagaragawa is basically dry 🤔Oh, it's spicy! Nagara River booth. It is not sold outside of the prefecture, so I guess it is a rare brewery to see in the Kansai region. I was a bit intimidated by the dryness of the sake, but when I tried it, I found it wasn't too hot. I think they were all refreshing.

Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya Sake Rice used is Hidahomare. It is a so-called summer sake, and is said to be aged for one year. It does not have a matured feel and has a mild mouthfeel. I wonder if the weather will continue to be so bad 😱. The general meeting at the end of last month was held at a local grand hotel, and the sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai from the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink. If the sake is not made with the same level of care and attention as the all-you-can-drink sake, more and more people will leave the sake industry, and short-term tricks will not be effective these days. A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). I had an image of a modest, but firm, light, dry Kura. And then there is this special pure Sawanoizumi. It does not have much of a topping aroma, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly sweet and umami! It is sweet to the level of the Hitakami, and the robust umami is also very tasty! It has a light acidity and bitterness, followed by a refreshing sharpness. It's good! This is good! The price is relatively cheap, about 1300 yen for a four-pack, but it is convincing enough! Ishikoshi Brewery. I underestimated you. Sorry about that. Sake is so interesting because there are new discoveries even at the foot of the table like this! Thank you very much!

Honjozo 🍶 fresh stored sake✨ A good, albeit alsodense, taste. Dry aftertaste. Slightly bitter. Mild when paired with salmon. ☺️ Sweetness when paired with sea bream. It's delicious.
