Kansai Salmon Wagura Gathering (10) The off-line meeting is now in its final stages, and my memory is getting a bit fuzzy about moving seats and other things, so I thought I'd close by uploading two of the notes that were left behind. Takaji Prototype Unfiltered Nama Sake Aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness, fruity sweetness on the palate, and a pleasant aftertaste. I am a fan of robot anime because of my job and the word "prototype" 🤣. This is my first time to drink "Tagaji" written in hiragana 😋.

The meeting with Mr. Gula ⑬ I've had 18-mori before, but this is my first time to drink Tagaji. And it is a test brew of hiragana. It is a gorgeous and quite sweet sake. A little dry and sweet. It must have been gassy when it was freshly opened. It's a blend of several yeasts, with a bit of aromatic yeast.

It is a sake named after a place in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, where Chiyo Sake Brewery is located. Like Kushira, Gosho is a town with many difficult-to-read place names. For example, Bunze, Iuka, and Saragi. Gosho is a nice and peaceful place nestled in the bosom of the Katsuragi and Kongo mountains. Aburanaga-san of Kaze no Mori is also a sake brewer in Gosho. I guess it's a good place for sake brewing😋. It's been a while since I've had a Kushira, but it's dry and full of rice flavor. It's delicious 😆. I would like everyone to try it along with Chiyo's other brand "Shinomine" 👍.

Shinomine's terroir brand Kushira✨. I bought two kinds of Shinomine's summer sake, so I have no choice but to give you a first look🤣. The aroma is slightly sweet. This month, I'm going to focus on Nara's local sake since I've been drinking from other prefectures for a while now 😬. The first one is Junmai Ginjo from Mitsumorosugi. This is the first time I've tried the kanji version of Mimuro, but it's calmer than the hiragana version, not too sweet and not too spicy. It lacks impact, but it's well balanced and easy to drink, making it an excellent food sake 😚 I enjoyed it with a side of sardine oil sardine🙏.

I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I love the sizzling, crisp, refreshing taste of the active nigori 😆. I like both Okura and Kintsugi because they have their own unique 🥰 I'd like to enjoy it again soon ( ˊ̱˂˂ˋ̱ )

This doburoku is made to order. I pre-ordered it at the end of August through a guide from my favorite liquor store, and it has arrived. It's my first doburoku! The sweet and sour Awaraku in the photo expresses it all. It tastes like sweet sake with the texture of petite rice and the sizzling cider-like carbonation you feel when you crush it, making it a refreshing, mouth-watering drink. It's adjusted to 5% alc:5% and goes down swiftly. It's no longer a dessert!

I was completely captivated by the 126. This time it is in a large size of 1440ml. It is also nice that it comes in a PET bottle with no decoration at all. The bottle was opened while feeling the healthy yeast. Yes, it's really good! It is a super thick, bumpy type of wine. The expression is too harsh, but it is like "drinking yogurt-flavored porridge" (it is delicious, so please do not misunderstand me...). It is low in alcohol and you can drink it up in no time. [Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.
