I love the dry carp river😍. Tasted it before mixing the nigori ❕😀😀 I think it's a bit alcoholic. I will mix the nigori and have it. A modern sake brewed by Aoki Shuzo, famous for Tsururei. It is completely different from the cup of sake Yukio that I drank before. It is sweet with a sour taste, but not cloying and very easy to drink. It was a low-alcohol, fresh summer sake, but when I checked the production date, it was about a year ago....
