Kansai Sake-new year off-line meeting (9) The fun continues ✨ We had a great conversation about the rare sake at the beginning of the party 🍶. Nishibori Tank Gake Shibori. Fruity aroma with a hint of honey, sweetness with no unpleasant taste, and a pleasantly clean aftertaste. This is delicious! I wonder if this is a private brand product of Nishibori Shuzo, a brewery in Tochigi that brews "out of the gate" and a liquor store 🤔. Tochigi love 🥰 even in Kansai offline meeting

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 2️⃣ Next up was another unfiltered raw sake✨. Nishibori had never had one before so we decided to order it 💡. It has a strong rice sweetness, and this one is also sweet like Wasanbon, leaving a bit of a lingering taste on the tongue. Upon closer inspection, it was a Tochigi sake 👀. It was like we were all drinking while saying that Tochigi sake is of a high level after all. ⤴️

Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The aroma is of aged aroma like Shaoxing wine. The hint of gunpowder-like aroma. I think it is clean and easy to drink for an aged wine. I thought it would be good to drink with fruits and sweets. The acidity is a nice accent. Perhaps because it is a daiginjo, it feels fruity even though it is an aged sake.

［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.

I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Saku 13 Breweries series after a long time. 7th brewery and finally the turnaround point. It was purchased at the souvenir shop at Saku-Heira station. The label says "brewing water" and it looks like they are particular about water. It is said that the water around here is soft water, and it becomes hard water a little further north near Mt. Perhaps that is why it has a mildly sweet and spicy taste. The sweetness comes at first, but as you continue drinking, a pleasant bitterness emerges.
