I was reading "kuribayashi" with all my might 😆. I'm embarrassed 🫣. I see you read it as "Ritsurin" 😊. The aroma is mild, the taste is soft, and the cup never stops 🍶. I think it performs great as a food sake. I noticed it was gone lol.

Kuririn drinking comparison, followed by Kanazawa Nishine The light orange one. This one has a gentle sweetness and moist flavor! It is a sake that will make you feel tender with just one sip. Even Putin should try this one! I was surprised to see such a difference in flavor just because it was grown in the same town, but in a different area. Hmmm! It's so deep! Both are delicious, but I personally prefer Rokugo Higashine. Thank you very much for the food!

Today is a holiday. The weather is nice, so we went out for drinking (in the garden). I bought a bottle of Shizen-go Sawayaka at the liquor store! The price of a bottle of Shizen-Go is 2200 yen! I also picked up a 500 yen bottle of tuna off the inside at the supermarket, and we're going to drink it while admiring the dandelions! The taste is fruity, like the Shizenkou we drank the other day, but with a clean and slightly dry taste. It goes well with meals, and I would call it a fainting spell. Considering its cost performance, this may be the best!

The acidity is distinctive ❕, but it's not just light and fresh. But it's not just light, it's a solid, elegant, high quality sake ✨. I felt a very modern essence in a classic 🤔. And with this flavor, it is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm ❔. I tried it 🍶. Lukewarm changes the atmosphere of the acidity, it's sweet and sour like hot honey lemon 🍋. It's refreshing to begin with, but even more so: ☺️ It's also a great food sake 👍. I recommend drinking it cold to lukewarm, but after trying many different ways, I thought cold or lukewarm would be better 🤗.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

On graduation day, we all drank together.

The third group of the Sake Rice and Yeast Association is Gintome and Yuko's Idea from Iwate Prefecture. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to try it. It is a sake limited to a certain liquor store in Fukuoka. This is very tasty. The aroma is not so much. The taste is juicy and melon-like. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which is also good. If you come to Fukuoka, I recommend you to buy it 🍶.

Leaving the new sake festival, we went to the second restaurant. The second party was at a soba restaurant on the restaurant floor of Amu Plaza Kumamoto, adjacent to the station. This soba restaurant has a great selection of sake 😁. The price is... no way 🤣. The second drink was Shashaemon I had this sake at this restaurant before, but I couldn't remember what it tasted like, so I ordered it. The moment I put it in my mouth, the gorgeous aroma spreads and sweetness, sourness, umami, and spiciness all come at once 😳. This feeling is like no other 😁. I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶!
