Watermelon lol Smooth and easy to drink This junmai sake is brewed with local rice and water by the Shirafuji Sake Brewery, which has a brewery in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is full of the local Wajima climate. It is a junmai sake brewed with up to 60% Wajima-grown Gohyakumangoku rice, carefully bottle-fired and stored in bottles. It is a perfect food sake to be enjoyed with a meal. After the Noto Peninsula earthquake on January 1, 1994, our brewery lost its function as a sake brewery. At the time, there were four bottles of unrefined sake in the brewery that were still in the process of fermentation. Two of the four bottles were Junmai-shu Wajima Monogatari. On January 13, breweries in Yamagata and Fukushima responded to our plight and removed approximately 2,000 liters of unrefined sake. The Goso Sake Brewery in Hakui, Ishikawa Prefecture, accepted the unrefined sake, topped it up and bottled it for us. In April, the brewery finally received the shipment and returned home. It is a precious sake that is the fruit of our passion.

A short trip to Boso during summer vacation. We stopped by Inahana Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery in Chonan Town. I asked, "Is there any sake that can only be bought here?" The brewer recommended this one, They recommended this one. 🌸 Junmai Ginjo Minnezakura Unfiltered Nama Zume Genshu 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chonan-cho, Chiba Prefecture Yeast: K1401 Alcohol content: 17%. The cherry blossoms in Nomine Park in Chonan-cho were used for the name and label. The aroma is full and slightly melon-like. The mouthfeel is slightly sharp, with a balanced mid-palate that is more umami, The aftertaste is mainly dry and slightly astringent, with a lingering impression. 🏕️ With seafood BBQ at a glamping event... Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. Just a bunch of drinkers who love oysters and sake 😊I had been wanting to go to a restaurant in Fuchu with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan and we started drinking early on a Saturday. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups.
