The long journey of about 2 years and 11 months is finally over🔚. 🎊 drink a four-pack at home without potty 🎊 🎊Finally conquered the whole country 🎊Yahoo🕺! 🎊There are some for tasting, but while I'm at it, check out the 400 🎊😅. Thanks to everyone who helped us with advice and information, to the breweries who make delicious sake, and to the retailers who manage and sell it well 🙇🙇. Last but not least, Sentoku, which came out "even in my dreams". I finally bought it at the Hankyu Umeda Sake Brewer's Festival. Of course I bought the most expensive Junmai Daiginjo "Yume no Naka To". I told the brewer how much I had been looking for Sentoku, and he let me try it with a smile on his face 🤣. Miyazaki prefecture. Nobeoka City. Sentoku Sake Brewery Co. Junmai Daiginjyo to Yume no Naka. It is served cold. The aroma is gorgeous, fruity, and sweet. The mouthfeel is soft and beautiful on the tongue. The fruity sweetness is a little strong. To be honest, I did not have high expectations, but it is even better than expected👍. The bitterness is pleasant at the end. Only today I could drink it better than any premier sake 😋 (just my personal opinion).

My first Miyazaki sake! So glad I don't get a chance to drink it often! Thank you so much for everything. Well, tonight, I'll have it cold. The aroma is...sweet. I guess it's sweet even if you drink it. I thought it would be... It's spicy. No! But it is sweet. You can enjoy the soft and fruity aftertaste. However, after it dries up, your throat gets hot. When people think of Kyushu, they think of "shochu", but sake is also quite good. This sake tasted better than I expected!

I drank it cold. The aroma is gorgeous, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth. After that, you can feel the spiciness. When you finish it, it has a clean aftertaste. It is delicious! In fact, I am trying to drink sake from all the prefectures in Japan. Kyushu is the only prefecture left, and I was wondering if there is any good sake in Kyushu since it is the home of shochu. I ordered a bottle of "Yume no Naka To" thinking that Kyushu is the home of shochu and there is no good sake there. It is delicious. There are only a few sake breweries, but there is good sake. I thought Nabeshima from Saga, Hana-no-Kou from Kumamoto, and even Yume-naka from Miyazaki were delicious. The remaining prefectures in the national sake list are Hokkaido, Tokyo, Shimane, Kagoshima, and Okinawa. I look forward to drinking sake from all over Japan!

☆☆☆1/2 This is a sake tasting set of a Japanese inn in Nichinan, Miyazaki called "Gohen no Hana". The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sake flavor. The aftertaste disappears easily.

We have achieved 47 prefectures in Japan! It was hard to find sake from Miyazaki Prefecture, but I finally found it✨! I knew Miyazaki and Okinawa prefectures were the hardest to find 😅. I'm not sure what to expect, but it's good 😁. It has a fruity aroma like muscat, but still refreshing on the palate. It's a great way to celebrate the achievement of a national goal. Celebration sake as a national achievement 😆 delicious ️.
