Here is the second cup of sake. This sake was created under the technical guidance of Yamagata's famous sake "Jyushiyo. It has a sweet taste like pineapple🍍 and is refreshing to drink. The sasa beef is tender and delicious. Ebi somen (shrimp somen), wakadori takikomi gohan (rice cooked with young chicken), and the lobster that came as sashimi came out as miso soup, very satisfying 😊💕.

From Takachiho Gorge to Nobeoka The restaurant offers a variety of dishes such as Ise lobster, today's fresh fish, sea bream and flounder caught in the magnificent Hyuga Sea stretching outside the window. The view and dishes such as lobster tempura and lobster gratin were too good to pass up. The local Sentoku special limited edition sake has a gorgeous aroma and refreshing mouthfeel that goes well with the seafood 😊.
