The Miyazaki Prefecture booth has a jolly old man and is having a great time 😳.
While joining the excitement, I get a sake🍶 that I chose by name.
The color is clear.
The taste is refreshingly sweet. Compared to other Sentoku, it has no taste other than sweetness and is simple.
The sweetness is strong until the aftertaste.
Sake is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness 🍶.

Last Miyazaki, National Conquest 😋.
Starting with a certain famous sake from Yamagata brought by a friend, I was swamped, and for two and a half years I pursued my ideal without getting bored out of my wits.
I finally found the fruity and aromatic sake that seemed to be brewed with my favorite local CEL-24 yeast.
As I learned more about sake in my sake tasting, I began to understand the sake I wanted and liked somewhat from the specifications on the label.
I have been buying sake in stores and on trips, but recently I have been torn between wanting to fill up my sake map and wanting to get the sake I really want (and want to drink) out of my limited salary. I bought some sake from Kumamoto Miyazaki by mail order.
I really wanted to go to Kumamoto-Miyazaki and have a drink with local snacks, but I was able to discard the notion that "Kyushu is for shochu" early on, and I realized that brewers everywhere in Japan are earnest in their efforts to make good sake, with a passion to produce good sake.
I started Sake-no-wa and typed such a long sentence for the first time, but I could only type 500 words.
It was delicious even in my dreams! Thank you!

I had the same problem.
I asked my colleague on a business trip to Kagoshima to order sake, but after visiting several liquor stores, he didn't even have any information about it, and finally the owner was pissed that they don't sell sake in Kagoshima 😂.

This is a sake from Miyazaki that I received as a Furusato tax payment.
The back of the bottle reads.
"Gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste.
is exactly what it says.
It's like a mildly gorgeous Japanese-style dress.
It is light and easy to drink.
If I may say so, I would like a little more acidity.
I had it cold, but I'll try heating it up tomorrow.

Finally, we have only two prefectures left on our sake tour 😀.
I've already decided on the last one, so today it's Miyazaki Prefecture 😀.
Miyazaki's shochu was a big help to me when I was a student 😀.
But I don't have any image of Sake at all😅.
At any rate, there is only Sentoku sake brewery in Miyazaki prefecture, and I prepared a Jun Dai no Yume no Naka and a Jun Gin no Sentoku 😀.
I prepared two bottles because I plan to start the second round as soon as the first round is over 😅.
So, I chose the one in the middle of a dream based on the posts by 3KAN4ON and bouken of Sake no Wa 😀 It was the right choice 😀.

It has a strong sake taste, not my family's favorite, but it makes me feel like drinking a second round of Sentoku 😀.
I have already decided on the first and second bottles for the second round, so I will drink Sentoku for the third bottle and compare it with Yume no Naka 😀.

Yes...I'm glad I stocked up on the first two bottles of Miyazaki and Okinawa, as I could always buy the Kagoshima tenpiki 😀.
But only Kumamoto's senzoku was precious to me because I could only get one bottle even if I tried 😅.
