I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

Finally, we have only two prefectures left on our sake tour 😀. I've already decided on the last one, so today it's Miyazaki Prefecture 😀. Miyazaki's shochu was a big help to me when I was a student 😀. But I don't have any image of Sake at all😅. At any rate, there is only Sentoku sake brewery in Miyazaki prefecture, and I prepared a Jun Dai no Yume no Naka and a Jun Gin no Sentoku 😀. I prepared two bottles because I plan to start the second round as soon as the first round is over 😅. So, I chose the one in the middle of a dream based on the posts by 3KAN4ON and bouken of Sake no Wa 😀 It was the right choice 😀. It was the right choice 😀. It has a strong sake taste, not my family's favorite, but it makes me feel like drinking a second round of Sentoku 😀. I have already decided on the first and second bottles for the second round, so I will drink Sentoku for the third bottle and compare it with Yume no Naka 😀.

From Takachiho Gorge to Nobeoka The restaurant offers a variety of dishes such as Ise lobster, today's fresh fish, sea bream and flounder caught in the magnificent Hyuga Sea stretching outside the window. The view and dishes such as lobster tempura and lobster gratin were too good to pass up. The local Sentoku special limited edition sake has a gorgeous aroma and refreshing mouthfeel that goes well with the seafood 😊.

Rice used is Yamadanishiki It is smooth and has a gentle sweetness. I had imagined a sake with a strong alcohol taste, but it is fruity and modern. From the mild mouthfeel and acidity, the umami of the rice gradually spreads, and the back palate is refreshed by a momentary bitterness. There is no cloying or sticky taste, and it is easy to drink. ❗️ It is a light but deliciously sweet sake. If I were asked, "What sake do you recommend from Miyazaki? If I were asked "What sake do you recommend from Miyazaki? I might introduce this sake. It is delicious. ❣️ And, National Tour 4️⃣th time around & a certain anniversary It was. It took us 1 year and 2 months to reach 4️⃣th lap. I wonder how many years it will take to reach 5️⃣ circumference?

The long journey of about 2 years and 11 months is finally over🔚. 🎊 drink a four-pack at home without potty 🎊 🎊Finally conquered the whole country 🎊Yahoo🕺! 🎊There are some for tasting, but while I'm at it, check out the 400 🎊😅. Thanks to everyone who helped us with advice and information, to the breweries who make delicious sake, and to the retailers who manage and sell it well 🙇🙇. Last but not least, Sentoku, which came out "even in my dreams". I finally bought it at the Hankyu Umeda Sake Brewer's Festival. Of course I bought the most expensive Junmai Daiginjo "Yume no Naka To". I told the brewer how much I had been looking for Sentoku, and he let me try it with a smile on his face 🤣. Miyazaki prefecture. Nobeoka City. Sentoku Sake Brewery Co. Junmai Daiginjyo to Yume no Naka. It is served cold. The aroma is gorgeous, fruity, and sweet. The mouthfeel is soft and beautiful on the tongue. The fruity sweetness is a little strong. To be honest, I did not have high expectations, but it is even better than expected👍. The bitterness is pleasant at the end. Only today I could drink it better than any premier sake 😋 (just my personal opinion).
