47都道府県の日本酒飲みました

I drank it cold. The aroma is gorgeous, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth. After that, you can feel the spiciness. When you finish it, it has a clean aftertaste. It is delicious! In fact, I am trying to drink sake from all the prefectures in Japan. Kyushu is the only prefecture left, and I was wondering if there is any good sake in Kyushu since it is the home of shochu. I ordered a bottle of "Yume no Naka To" thinking that Kyushu is the home of shochu and there is no good sake there. It is delicious. There are only a few sake breweries, but there is good sake. I thought Nabeshima from Saga, Hana-no-Kou from Kumamoto, and even Yume-naka from Miyazaki were delicious. The remaining prefectures in the national sake list are Hokkaido, Tokyo, Shimane, Kagoshima, and Okinawa. I look forward to drinking sake from all over Japan!

☆☆☆1/2 This is a sake tasting set of a Japanese inn in Nichinan, Miyazaki called "Gohen no Hana". The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sake flavor. The aftertaste disappears easily.

We have achieved 47 prefectures in Japan! It was hard to find sake from Miyazaki Prefecture, but I finally found it✨! I knew Miyazaki and Okinawa prefectures were the hardest to find 😅. I'm not sure what to expect, but it's good 😁. It has a fruity aroma like muscat, but still refreshing on the palate. It's a great way to celebrate the achievement of a national goal. Celebration sake as a national achievement 😆 delicious ️.

Sharing from a friend🎶 First time ✨Miyazaki😃. The aroma is mildly fruity☝️green apple-like🍏 The palate is fruity and sweet 💫 So far it's a modern sake that feels easy to drink🎵. However, there is a strong bitterness or astringency in the aftertaste and lingering 💦. The more you drink, the more the astringency stands out. The sweetness is fruity and delicious ➰

I had a hard time finding alcohol in Okinawa Prefecture, but Miyazaki Prefecture is also having a hard time. There are two sake breweries in the prefecture! (Is that correct?). Where can I get it? It was hard to find, but we found it at the Miyazaki Prefecture antenna shop in our living area! Chitoku Shuzo! I didn't know them at all. Sorry😵 I'll have some 😄. Right after opening the package, it smells like sweet sake. It has a yellowish tinge😲 When it's well chilled, it's like drinking thin sweet sake ☺️. When it settles down a bit, it's a lightly sweet drink. Then the cemetery incense starts to show its face😲. Anyway, it's a gentle taste all the way through😊.

I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍
