I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Haruei Chichi, good morning😃. The sake in Kyushu is also delicious 👍I have a strong image of shochu, but the sake is also great 😍In Kyushu, Fukuoka is the other place. I'm having fun trying to decide which one to try🤣.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

The nose is banana and pleasant alcohol. In the mouth, the sweetness is nice and fluffy. After that, the flavor and moderate bitterness gradually emerge. It's elegant. The aroma of alcohol in the nose is also very nice. This is my first time drinking from Miyazaki...3 more to go until I win the 47 prefectures! If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Sadako from "Arrietty the Borrower". She is the great aunt of the protagonist, Sho. She is an elegant and gentle wife of the upper class. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★ . This was my first visit to Kotonoha, a sake bar in Tamatsukuri, Osaka. I heard from @nihonshu_masatoya that they were having a fair in Kagoshima, Miyazaki and Oita, and we hit the jackpot. The master, the lady and the regulars all know a lot about sake, and it's a lot of fun. It's a long way from my commute to work so I can't drop by casually, but I'll definitely revisit the shop.
