I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

Event. Sake Fair 2024. The Miyazaki Prefecture booth has a jolly old man and is having a great time 😳. While joining the excitement, I get a sake🍶 that I chose by name. The color is clear. The taste is refreshingly sweet. Compared to other Sentoku, it has no taste other than sweetness and is simple. The sweetness is strong until the aftertaste. Sake is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness 🍶.

Last Miyazaki, National Conquest 😋. Starting with a certain famous sake from Yamagata brought by a friend, I was swamped, and for two and a half years I pursued my ideal without getting bored out of my wits. I finally found the fruity and aromatic sake that seemed to be brewed with my favorite local CEL-24 yeast. As I learned more about sake in my sake tasting, I began to understand the sake I wanted and liked somewhat from the specifications on the label. I have been buying sake in stores and on trips, but recently I have been torn between wanting to fill up my sake map and wanting to get the sake I really want (and want to drink) out of my limited salary. I bought some sake from Kumamoto Miyazaki by mail order. I really wanted to go to Kumamoto-Miyazaki and have a drink with local snacks, but I was able to discard the notion that "Kyushu is for shochu" early on, and I realized that brewers everywhere in Japan are earnest in their efforts to make good sake, with a passion to produce good sake. I started Sake-no-wa and typed such a long sentence for the first time, but I could only type 500 words. It was delicious even in my dreams! Thank you!

Good morning, Monkbody ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. Congratulations on your national victory 🎉! I knew [Okinawa] and [Miyazaki] would be a challenge 💦. When I asked someone who was going to Miyazaki and Kagoshima to buy sake, I was surprised that even the locals didn't know where to buy it!

Thanks for your comment, Gyve👍. I had the same problem. I asked my colleague on a business trip to Kagoshima to order sake, but after visiting several liquor stores, he didn't even have any information about it, and finally the owner was pissed that they don't sell sake in Kagoshima 😂.

This is a sake from Miyazaki that I received as a Furusato tax payment. The back of the bottle reads. "Gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste. is exactly what it says. It's like a mildly gorgeous Japanese-style dress. It is light and easy to drink. If I may say so, I would like a little more acidity. I had it cold, but I'll try heating it up tomorrow.
