Thank you so much for all the congratulatory messages when I completed my first lap around Japan 🙏.
Thanks to all of you, I can now safely enter the second lap of Japan 😀.
The first lap was pretty quick, so I'd like to take my time on the second lap 😀.
For example, we can compare different sake rice from the same brewery, or sake from the four seasons 😀.
Also, we learned from the first round that we prefer nigori sake, so we are aiming to compare nigori and ogara-mi sake as well 😀.
That's why I was going to start with Abe-chan's new sake ogara-mi... but I wanted to compare sakes from Sentoku, so I quickly compared Sentoku Junmai and Yume-nakanaka, which was opened a few days ago 😀.
I was afraid to try it because of my friend's impression of Sake no Wawa, but it wasn't that bad 😀.
It's pretty good when paired with strong flavored food... of course I wouldn't force myself to choose it 😅.
What was more surprising was that even Yume no Naka, which I opened a few days ago, tasted better 😀.
I didn't know this was possible 😃.
