Tochigi Kenmin Kai 🍁②. What shall I make the second one? I was asking the teacher (←the owner) He said that Mt. Chokai is there! I've never had it yet. I asked him if he would like to try it. Oyo 😳Super dry sake! Let's try it anyway 🥂. It has a hint of sweetness. It's still super refreshing ❗️ There is a little alcohol and spiciness in the aftertaste. It also has a strong acidity. There was an off-line meeting held in Kansai on this day, wasn't there? It was just around the time this one started. Just when this one was starting I saw a video call on Jay's phone! On the other side of the screen... kan-san ⁉️ Mr. Yum Yum Yum ⁉️ Wow 〰︎ and ❣️❣️❣️ You connected with everyone in Kansai 😆🙌 Both of you were so excited 🤣🤣🤣 I guess everyone in Kansai was on their way to the 2nd party ᾒ. I guess it was time to move on to the after-party 🤭. See you later 👋😊.

Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16 There is a liquor store near my new side job, so I bought this on my way home. It was light and refreshing, like a white wine, and I was able to drink it without hesitation. The taste is elegant and delicate, so it would go well with less assertive meals such as white fish sashimi and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).

Purchased at a very atmospheric liquor store called Tsujizen in Ibigawa, Gifu Prefecture. The price is 1,760 yen for 720ml including tax. Polishing ratio 60 Sake degree +4 I bought it because the label looks just like a mahjong player's "Iso Houou-sama" (a phoenix), and I was curious about it. I was curious to buy it because of its resemblance to the "Ichiso Phoenix" of Mahjong. It is dry with a slight fizziness. It is dry, but has a richness and umami. Hmmm, not bad. (Sorry for my bravado, but I'm not a big fan.) I would like to try this local sake again. I will buy it again when I see it.

My first outside drinking post in a while. I wasn't that familiar with Yamama, as it doesn't happen to be handled very well at the liquor store near me, but I was under the impression that it was a good, in-order sake 🍶. There were several brands on the menu, but I ordered this one, partly because the others were brands I've had most of the time. Since this Niigata sake claims to be "dry," I had imagined it to be a traditional sake with no sweetness and a nice sharp taste, but in a good way, it disappointed my expectations! The yellow Oni Yamama seems to be a slightly odd brand among the Yamamas, but we enjoyed it very much. ☺️ <Details It has a muscat-like aroma, fruity sweetness, and tartness, as it is made with No. 6 yeast. Refreshing, not like something that has been aged in autumn. The spiciness from the umami and alcohol is interestingly intertwined there. Although it is indeed dry, the fruity aroma and taste, combined with the sharpness, made me end up drinking a lot of it!

I bought this black bottle of Oumine🍚 unfiltered unpasteurized sake because it is rare to find such a rare and precious sake. I was so impressed with this sake that I thought, "This is the most impressive sake I have tasted this year! It is so much to my liking 😊. This was the kind of encounter that makes me think twice about my daily sake selection, and I need to buy a variety of brands without pretending to know what I'm talking about ✨. <Details Fruity aroma reminiscent of muscat and melon. You can clearly feel the piquancy and gasiness. The taste is sweet and sour, but the umami is not so strong. It is sweet, but the acidity and minerality make it refreshing. Perhaps because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, it tastes best right after opening the bottle, and after some time, perhaps due to the loss of gas, it tastes a little alcoholic, but it is still delicious. In terms of type, it was similar to the higher-priced Colors model of Shinmasa, and for the first time in a long time, I felt the same kind of excitement I felt when I first drank Shinmasa.

I had it for the first time when I went to Fukushima on a business trip, I was surprised at how delicious sake could be. It was the first time I drank sake on a business trip to Fukushima, and it made me realize how delicious sake can be. It has a great balance of umami and sweetness. I have heard that people don't like sweet fruity sake because they don't like to eat, It is good for those who say that sweet fruity sake is not good for food, but dry sake is not good for food. Buy a four-pack for 1,800 yen.

Purchased at a very atmospheric liquor store called Tsujizen in Ibigawa, Gifu Prefecture. The price is 1,815 yen for 720ml including tax. Polishing ratio 55%. Sake degree -4 (according to the store's pop-up) First, the aroma. There is no strong smell. I tried to drink it. ...! It has a sweetness and umami, but the main taste is dry. But there is almost no thickening, and it is as smooth and crisp as water. I wonder why it is so easy to drink. It is very tasty, but the more you drink it, the more you feel that it has no peculiarity, for better or worse. (I can go on and on drinking it.) No doubt it's delicious, but it didn't really stick with me. However, it seems that this brand offers many other kinds of sakes, so I would like to try more of their other ones! I thought.

Wishing for a bright and illuminating year on his birthday. We opened a bottle of Denshogiku (Oriagarami), our first or second favorite brand of Kangiku 🍶. It is still consistently delicious. A good start to the year. ☺️ <Details There is a gas in the mouth. The flavor and sweetness typical of Kangiku can be felt more strongly, but it is not harsh and wears off easily. The bottom of the bottle is cloudy and thick like amazake, with some bitterness.
