Wishing for a bright and illuminating year on his birthday. We opened a bottle of Denshogiku (Oriagarami), our first or second favorite brand of Kangiku 🍶.
It is still consistently delicious. A good start to the year. ☺️

There is a gas in the mouth. The flavor and sweetness typical of Kangiku can be felt more strongly, but it is not harsh and wears off easily.
The bottom of the bottle is cloudy and thick like amazake, with some bitterness.
