I bought this black bottle of Oumine🍚 unfiltered unpasteurized sake because it is rare to find such a rare and precious sake.
I was so impressed with this sake that I thought, "This is the most impressive sake I have tasted this year! It is so much to my liking 😊.
This was the kind of encounter that makes me think twice about my daily sake selection, and I need to buy a variety of brands without pretending to know what I'm talking about ✨.

Fruity aroma reminiscent of muscat and melon.
You can clearly feel the piquancy and gasiness. The taste is sweet and sour, but the umami is not so strong. It is sweet, but the acidity and minerality make it refreshing.
Perhaps because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, it tastes best right after opening the bottle, and after some time, perhaps due to the loss of gas, it tastes a little alcoholic, but it is still delicious.
In terms of type, it was similar to the higher-priced Colors model of Shinmasa, and for the first time in a long time, I felt the same kind of excitement I felt when I first drank Shinmasa.
