The aroma is slightly fruity and crisp.
When you take a sip of it, it comes in smoothly and mellowly. In other words, it is easy to drink, but it would be better if it had a little more depth of flavor. The final gulp is classic, and I feel that it is typical of Tohoku Aomori.

The mild taste makes it easy to drink.
The aroma that lingers in the nose afterward is gorgeous but not habitual, so it can be enjoyed with sashimi and other ingredients without interfering with their flavors.
I enjoyed it with Hachinohe mackerel pâté. It was a good combination.
It was stored poorly (6 months indoor at room temperature) so I don't know if it tastes true.
I would like to buy and drink it again when I have a chance.
At the meeting to enjoy Hato Masamune held at Takumi-san in Saitama-shintoshin.
I always buy a cup of Hakkouda Oroshi sake on my way back from Aomori and drink it on the bullet train, so it is very familiar to me.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, but it has a lot of flavor.
It is dry with sourness and bitterness.
It is a Hakkouda Oroshi Gin-Sen 🍶.
The daiginjo I've had before is 100% Hanabukiyuki, but this one has koji as Hanabukiyuki🌾 and kake as Mashigure🍚.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a nice sharpness.
It is less sweet than the Hakkouda Oroshi Daiginjo in a cup that I bought at Shin-Aomori station last year.
It was delicious. ✨️
