I wasn't sure what to say, but Pon-chan left Sake no Wa 😢. I think Pon-chan is definitely the one who contributed to the revitalization of Sake no Wa 🥺. I think Pon-chan is definitely the one who contributed to the revitalization of sakegawa 梁. Thank you Pon-chan for always commenting on my silly posts 🙏. This sake is limited to 300 bottles available only at Higashitsuru, a liquor store with two branches in Nishinomiya. It is said to have a gorgeous flavor not found in previous Shirataka. It is indeed a sweet and modern sake. The second half of the bottle is a little more sake-like. There is no ginjo aroma. A little citrusy. Nemuchi seemed to be interested in this sake, but I don't think she would like it 🤔. It's not enough for a raw sake... It's halfway between sweetness and umami 🙄.

Sweetness is felt, but later on one can detect alcohol aroma and bitterness. It's not crazy good, but it's not bad either. I bought a bottle to commemorate the Tigers ARE 🐯. I wanted to keep the bottle so I decided it was time to drink it 🫙. This day I hooked up a one-cup at lunch and went to the Ed Sheeran concert at night 🎸. His use of the loop pedal was so divine, I was in awe👍. 180 mL

Sake from the breweries of Chojamori and Koshino-Kanchubai. I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but I bought it because it was on special price and there was a draft. According to the Internet, the rice is Koshitanrei. I've seen the hi-ire version but only at Ito-Yokado 🤔. I heard it was developed in collaboration with Takaoka National College of Technology, and the 888th sake out of 1200 test brews was so good that they decided to commercialize it. Sourness like wine. It has sweetness but it's not like sake. As the description says, I would like to match it with meat and cheese.

The only existing wooden brewery in Nada Gogo. It is a rare sake with no added sugar except for nigori. Nemuchi-san and Yoohee-san were drinking it, and I was curious about it, so I bought it. This sake was purchased by Rafa and Nemuchi when they visited liquor stores earlier this year. I think it was a spot shipment, but I was surprised to see it in stock at a liquor store that was not a special distributor. There was also a bottle of Suzukagawa, but both were marked as special arrivals. It has an elegant sugary sweetness, but it is a completely different type of sake from Genmai. I think it would be good at room temperature or lukewarm. It also has a cool or refreshing feeling. I think it matches what Nemuchi said about it being clear.

I'm not a fan of Fukuju, but sometimes I buy it. Hyogo Ai ♥ I was attracted by the cloth label and the limited edition of 120 bottles. It is quite light, slightly fruity and dry. I think I prefer Hyogo Nishiki, which I drank in the past, because it is sweeter. I can taste the gorgeous sweetness when it is closer to room temperature than when it is freshly out of the refrigerator. I can't find anything about this sake on Google except on the SNS of the liquor store where I bought it 🤔.

Sake sold in Nishinomiya City during the Ebessan Festival. When I bought it 4 years ago, it was Shirataka. I want to try Ougi Masamune and Kanetaka from next year onward! It has a strong aroma of rice or bran. Even when you drink it, it has a strong rice flavor. It is dry but not too dry. Is it a food sake type? Kunisan Shuzo does not brew their own sake, so I guess they buy it from another company, but it has "O" written after the company name, so I guess it is Ozeki. And the location is close.

I went to buy it after seeing the liquor store's insta-post because Tateyama's active nigori sounded rare. As I mentioned before, Higashitsuru is located near Hakushika Classics. It is a discount store that sells groceries, medicines, and other non-alcoholic beverages. It seems that they used to be a sake brewery. In fact, the company name "Azumatsuru Shuzo" is written on the website. It has the same name as a sake brewery in Saga. This time they had more Eiko-Fuji than usual. I thought it would be more active, but it was very mild. Dry, sweet and spicy. It has a strong rice flavor and koji taste. At a little over 1000 yen including tax, this sake is cheap and easy on the wallet. It tastes sweeter on the third day than freshly opened.

It doesn't say, but the product name is Kokoromi. 295 bottles of this sake are limited, and from the name, I wonder if it is a test brew type sake. The concept of the Kokoromi saké has been around since last year, and it is said to be "unpolished luxury. This year's theme is "Shitakoya. It is a low-polished, low-alcohol sake. It is a rather gorgeous sake with a gentle taste that is not typical of Shirataka. The rice is Yamada-Nishiki from a special A district, which is luxurious for only 1,300 yen. It is probably only available in the Nishinomiya area, but if you see it, give it a try.

Surprisingly, this is the first time I've had a Kozaemon draft. I've always wanted to try it, but the timing hasn't been right and I've only had the hiya-oshi and hiyayakoshi versions. It's a CWS sake, but I didn't see it in the store, but it seems there were only 200 bottles or so. This is the first time I've had a rice called Asahi no Yume. Fruity, a little sweet and refreshing. I don't think it has much of a freshness to it. It is a sake that is a fusion of modern and classic. Personally, I thought it was too subtle. For a junmai daiginjo, it tastes messy or... On a side note, there is now a Yamanaka Sake store at Osaka Station, which I thought was more convenient and easier to get to than the main store in Daikokucho 😁.

CWS. Gas is quite strong. It has a fine sweetness with a shriveled taste. It is sweet but not fruity, and the flavor of the rice can be fully appreciated. The acidity is also strong. The impression is a little different from the fruity Splash we had before. Purchased at Higashitsuru Market Square on the beach in Nishinomiya. Right next to Shirataka and Shirashika Classics. It has the feel of a discount liquor store, but has a lot of core local sake. According to online information, it used to be a sake brewery. You can find sake from Nishinomiya's very small breweries such as Baomusume, Shimabijin, Kiichi, Kokusan Ichi, and others. They carry Haginotsuru, which is not widely available in the surrounding area. Shirataka sometimes carries rare sake from the neighborhood. Eiko-Fuji is sometimes stocked.
