HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024⑥ I've had this sake at Ebetsu-san in the past, but only one bottle of Honjozo is available, so this is a good opportunity to try it. There is also another brand called Kunisan Ichi. It's a honjozo, but it doesn't look like it's been hydrogenated. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I think there are not many honjozo with such a beautiful taste. I think Ozeki probably makes it. Third, my recommendations are now full of Hyogo sake 😅.

Good morning, bouken: ❗️ I stopped by on the first day to see what was going on but didn't go to the Gokoku booth because I had some business 😭 it looks good, maybe I'll stop by on my way home from work on the last 7 days 🤣.

Good evening, Pon-chan. Amongst all the Junmai, only Meijo and Nada Boast were Honjozo 😊. It was an easy-drinking honjozo with no unpleasant parts 😋. I know a place that sells 1 bottle, but I wish they would offer 4 or 3 ㌥ bottles if possible 🥺.

Sake sold in Nishinomiya City during the Ebessan Festival. When I bought it 4 years ago, it was Shirataka. I want to try Ougi Masamune and Kanetaka from next year onward! It has a strong aroma of rice or bran. Even when you drink it, it has a strong rice flavor. It is dry but not too dry. Is it a food sake type? Kunisan Shuzo does not brew their own sake, so I guess they buy it from another company, but it has "O" written after the company name, so I guess it is Ozeki. And the location is close.

Good morning, Pon-chan 🌄. It must be hard for sellers since the season is short 😥. It's subtle that even if you can choose one, the sake in it is different but the label is the same 😅The design is the same every year 😁.

Maidosu~! This looks good. Almost certainly O Seki, but I'm a fan of Shin Tamba, so I want to buy this one too! I didn't know there were so many minor sake breweries in Nada! I'll make the rounds next month or so!

Shinjou-san Maidosu👸. Nishinomiya has many small and medium class sake breweries😊Almost all of them are commissioned breweries😅By the way, Ogimasamune is made by Oshika and Kanetaka is made by X-taka, I heard. I don't know but...
