It doesn't say, but the product name is Kokoromi. 295 bottles of this sake are limited, and from the name, I wonder if it is a test brew type sake. The concept of the Kokoromi saké has been around since last year, and it is said to be "unpolished luxury. This year's theme is "Shitakoya. It is a low-polished, low-alcohol sake. It is a rather gorgeous sake with a gentle taste that is not typical of Shirataka. The rice is Yamada-Nishiki from a special A district, which is luxurious for only 1,300 yen. It is probably only available in the Nishinomiya area, but if you see it, give it a try.

Surprisingly, this is the first time I've had a Kozaemon draft. I've always wanted to try it, but the timing hasn't been right and I've only had the hiya-oshi and hiyayakoshi versions. It's a CWS sake, but I didn't see it in the store, but it seems there were only 200 bottles or so. This is the first time I've had a rice called Asahi no Yume. Fruity, a little sweet and refreshing. I don't think it has much of a freshness to it. It is a sake that is a fusion of modern and classic. Personally, I thought it was too subtle. For a junmai daiginjo, it tastes messy or... On a side note, there is now a Yamanaka Sake store at Osaka Station, which I thought was more convenient and easier to get to than the main store in Daikokucho 😁.

Dear BOUKEN, Thank you for your hard work. It was nice to meet you, even if it was only for a short time remotely. I took only a picture of this, but failed to review it. I didn't know the quantity was so small. I did not know that.

Thanks for your hard work, Mr. Greissinger19! I could feel the enthusiasm of the Kyushu Off-line Meeting in a short time 😁I saw it in a store and wondered if there was such a thing in CWS. I saw it in a store and looked it up, and it seems that's what it was about.

CWS. Gas is quite strong. It has a fine sweetness with a shriveled taste. It is sweet but not fruity, and the flavor of the rice can be fully appreciated. The acidity is also strong. The impression is a little different from the fruity Splash we had before. Purchased at Higashitsuru Market Square on the beach in Nishinomiya. Right next to Shirataka and Shirashika Classics. It has the feel of a discount liquor store, but has a lot of core local sake. According to online information, it used to be a sake brewery. You can find sake from Nishinomiya's very small breweries such as Baomusume, Shimabijin, Kiichi, Kokusan Ichi, and others. They carry Haginotsuru, which is not widely available in the surrounding area. Shirataka sometimes carries rare sake from the neighborhood. Eiko-Fuji is sometimes stocked.

bouken, congrats on your decision! I enjoyed this one 🎶. Last year, I also tried the non-Origarami one and both were delicious❣️. I'm not sure which one is better 🎯.

This is a fruit series planned by Mr. Yamada, a sake merchant in Hiroshima. It comes out from various sake breweries. I've drunk Raifuku's Momo before. In addition to the kudamono series, there are many other products like CWS. Some liquor stores other than Sakaisho Yamada also sell it. It smells and tastes like banana. The aftertaste is like ramune. It's called soda, so I thought it would have a gassy taste, but it doesn't. I didn't understand the ramune taste.

In terms of rice polishing rate, it's Junmaishu standard.

I think it's a little bit aged. I'm pretty sure I searched it and it says cold storage. Hmm, not bad, but... It's not as fruity or sweet as it looks on the label.

Yuka-chin-san, good evening 😆. I've never seen it in stores before, so I checked after I bought it and it was sold out everywhere 😅. I was lucky to find it at a discount liquor store (which also carries Saku and Eikoh Fushi at a fixed price) where it was usually on line😊.

This is the first Kame-Wari in Hiroshima. It is interesting and rare that the detailed specification is written on the back side. The type is rough and strong. It tastes like a soda of the shochu liqueur when it is mixed with carbonated water. It is easier to drink with soda.

It is the glorious Fuji after a long time at home. We use Tsuya-hime for rice. It is less sweet than Eiko Fuji, but it is sweet. It is not like Eiko Fuji, but it has a sweetness to it. I wonder if this is the first time we've had Junmai sake from Eiko Fuji? I think it was all Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo.
