This is the first Kame-Wari in Hiroshima. It is interesting and rare that the detailed specification is written on the back side. The type is rough and strong. It tastes like a soda of the shochu liqueur when it is mixed with carbonated water. It is easier to drink with soda.

It is the glorious Fuji after a long time at home. We use Tsuya-hime for rice. It is less sweet than Eiko Fuji, but it is sweet. It is not like Eiko Fuji, but it has a sweetness to it. I wonder if this is the first time we've had Junmai sake from Eiko Fuji? I think it was all Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo.

It is a brewery of Bunraku. It is the first time to see the rice called "Aya no Kagayaki". There is the rice of Saitama other than SAKE MUSASHI. It tastes tropical as written. It is rich sweet and delicious taste like Nectar.
