The only existing wooden brewery in Nada Gogo. It is a rare sake with no added sugar except for nigori. Nemuchi-san and Yoohee-san were drinking it, and I was curious about it, so I bought it. It has a surprisingly crisp sweetness, strong alcohol taste, and a classic flavor. It has a strong punch that makes you want to drink it on the rocks or with soda. It goes great with soda!

Oh! It's true that adding sugar is a rarity nowadays! Hi bou 👋 As Yoohee pointed out, you must be very particular about the 900ml and 20° content 😇.

Good evening, bouken🌛I was a little put off by the added sugar, but I knew you'd drink it? I was not a fan of it because of the added sugar, but I still drank it 😁It was delicious, but I can't drink 900ml of it because it is classical and has 20% alcohol by volume 🤣.

Hi Yoohee 😃 Yes, it's surprisingly easy to drink but the high alcohol content and volume is scary 🤣.

Hello, Mr. Sakeran 😀 I'm wondering if the addition of sugar in addition to the point you mentioned is also a concern of yours? I feel that is your concern 😊. Oh, by the way, are you going to post the Daishichi aged raw sake? Keiko Matsuzaka's 🤔

Hello Nemuchi 😃 I've been waiting for a long time but I bought it 😁. It's a lot and I think if I drink it as it is I'll get 🤪 so I'm drinking it with soda 😆 I recommend with soda 🤣.

January 27 "Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki" (3) The booth of Houmusume, a company whose sake I had never drunk before, offered a discount of five tickets for a drink comparison instead of six tickets for three, so I decided to compare them. Osawa Honke Sake Brewing Company / "Houmusume" - Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture Hohomusume freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake. Rich sweetness with a little bit of a classical and alu feel. It has a classical feel, but the sweetness packs a strong punch. This is delicious! Hohomusume Nigori Sake It is quite milky and super rich. It has a great sense of rice and a strong sweetness. It is a rich sweet sake with a high alcohol content. Nada no Nama Ippon Junsei Junmai Nama Nama sake It has a caramel-like aroma and a slightly matured taste. It has a caramel-like aroma and a bit of an aged feel. It is also delicious. I checked the pop-up later and it says it is stored at low temperature. They also brought Junmai Daiginjo Genshu (Junmai Daiginjo Original Sake), but it was expensive (4 tickets), so I passed it up. The venue was packed with people around 12:00 p.m., and there were lines at all the booths. Tickets were still available, but by the time I left, they were sold out.

Good morning, Nemuchi-san! I recommend Takaramusume 😄It is originally from Sakai City, and the brewer is a close friend of Tokuwaka ❗️, but the sweetness of the sake might be my vote.

Hello bouken, I drank the freshly squeezed raw sake without knowing about the added sugar and it was delicious 😁 I didn't mind the classical taste, I liked the impact of the dark sweetness 👍.

This is a report from UCHIKOCHI MFG. located in front of Hanshin-Uchiide Station 📝. This store is famous for its kintsuba and shaved ice, but they also have a few bottles of sake on hand, which is why many of the ladies there drink it from noon onwards 👀. I went there on a hot summer day after learning about it from pyonpyon 🚗. On this day, they had Fukuju and Baomusume on tap, and I chose the Baomusume without hesitation. They keep the new sake that is squeezed for this store in the brewery and order it when they run out of stock. When I first heard that the alcohol content was 20 degrees, I thought, "Oh, no...it's not that bad," but as soon as I sipped it, the fresh sweetness spread out and slowly faded away, leaving behind a tangy, bitter taste. It was poured into a large vessel (could hold more than 1 cup) and I was drinking it with both hands 💧. I thought I could drink it smoothly when I reached this point, and I was able to return home without getting drunk because I was calmly aware that I would be in trouble if I drank too much 👍.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😊. I googled it and it looks like they serve curry and sake as well, so it's quite an unusual restaurant as rumored 😁. I've seen this sake many times at Azuma Tsuru but never had the courage to buy it 💦.

Good evening, Pon-chan. ⭐︎ I haven't had the kintsuba yet, but the matcha shaved ice was delicious with separate layers 🍧. I think it would be a good place to stop by while visiting Nada no Kura 💡. It's not that strong!

On the way back from a bike ride to Nishinomiya City, I went to Osawa Honke Sake Brewery, which Mr. Bouken had told me about. They had a very large lineup of original sake. Since there are many competitors in Nada, it is good to have individuality. The taste is wonderful! It has a mature taste, of course, but it also has a heavy acidity and a wave attack of umami and spiciness. When heated up, the aroma is also very mature. It has a rich graininess, which is enhanced when heated. I even said it was delicious, just like the leader of the group who drank the miso soup with the turnip! I don't know if it was just a coincidence that there were many more customers than me, but I think the reason we are able to do what we do here is because of the quality of the content. Today I discovered a wonderful shrine called Hino Shrine, and also went to Hirota Shrine! I also went to Futaba Onsen (hot spring) to perfectly prepare my spirit, and then went to Sun Road (shopping street) to heal and drink sake! After a long day of activity, what goes better with sake is not the stiff sake of Nada, but rather a local sake with a rich and rustic flavor! A very good sake brewery! Next time, I will go to the branch next door. I'm going to visit the branch next door next time!

Hello, Mr. Sakaeran (********). This doesn't seem to be a series. It's interesting that it's here in this area and it's full of small-scale local sake brewery style! I've only been to the big breweries in Nada, so I'm planning to go here too!

No, it's quite peculiar. The sweetness comes from the other side of the tongue. It's quite thick. Nada Gogo Sake Brewery, the label is "寶娘" ("王缶" under the crown, but it is actually "珎").
