This sake was purchased by Rafa and Nemuchi when they visited liquor stores earlier this year. I think it was a spot shipment, but I was surprised to see it in stock at a liquor store that was not a special distributor. There was also a bottle of Suzukagawa, but both were marked as special arrivals. It has an elegant sugary sweetness, but it is a completely different type of sake from Genmai. I think it would be good at room temperature or lukewarm. It also has a cool or refreshing feeling. I think it matches what Nemuchi said about it being clear.

bouken, Hi 😊I drank this Kawanakajima with the image of Genshu Mai, but it was not this one 😅I thought it was this one 🤣It seemed better not to chill it too much as well 😋.

Hi bouken, I've never had Kawanakajima, but it's a different type 😆 I often see Kawanakajima for sale, but Genmai is really hard to find 😂.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 🌠. If you drink it with the image of "Gensho Mai", you will be disappointed 😅. It's more like a classic.... I opened it, took a sip, took it out of the fridge and left it at room temperature 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Manachie 😃. Genshu Mai is a more modern sake, while Kawanakajima is more classic 😅I had the impression that Kawanakajima is not suited for hot sake or long aging. I had the impression that Kawanakajima is more classic 😅 but it's not suitable to be heated or aged for a long time, so it's difficult to say 🙄.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃 When I posted this, I was wondering what I should do if Yoohee didn't drink it, but I was relieved to see that you drank it first 😁It's not often that I see one that isn't a "Gensai" so I jumped on it 💦.
