I'm not a fan of Fukuju, but sometimes I buy it. Hyogo Ai ♥ I was attracted by the cloth label and the limited edition of 120 bottles. It is quite light, slightly fruity and dry. I think I prefer Hyogo Nishiki, which I drank in the past, because it is sweeter. I can taste the gorgeous sweetness when it is closer to room temperature than when it is freshly out of the refrigerator. I can't find anything about this sake on Google except on the SNS of the liquor store where I bought it 🤔.

Good evening, bouken. I went to the brewery to buy Fukuju but I haven't had it since 😅I'm not afraid of it...but I love your love for Hyogo 👍Is there a brewery in Hyogo where you haven't had it?

Good evening, Rafa. I avoid Fukuju because I often don't like it, but if I see something I've never seen before, I'll go for it 😅. I think there are about 10 breweries in Hyogo that I haven't drunk if they haven't gone out of business 🤔.

bouken-san Good evening ⭐︎ There are so many varieties of Azuma Tsuru that you might miss a rare sake if you don't look carefully 👀. I've always had the image that Fukuju is available everywhere, so I'm even more likely to miss it, but I'm impressed that you found it 👍.

Yoohee, good evening 🌠. I went there because I saw the instagram and I wanted to go there 🤫. I can't underestimate the room temperature corner because there are some unexpected things there 😁.

Good morning, bou 🌅. To be honest, I had never heard of Fukuju's "raw" version 😳. I have an image of it being sold everywhere, just like Mr. Yoohee, but I didn't know there was such a thing...

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 😃 They have Fukuju nama sake at Yamaya, but the one they usually sell has the same label as the hi-ire one and casually says nama sake, so it might be hard to notice it 😁.
