bouken
I had seen it in the store before but didn't buy it because it looked dry, but Ao-chan reviewed it as sweet, so I bought it 😁.
It seems to be a collection of sake residues from various types of sake such as junmai, daiginjo, honjozo, etc.
I opened it with trepidation but it didn't blow at all. It didn't stir, so I tried mixing it, but it still didn't blow....
Slightly fizzy, sweeter than I expected, with a moderately fruity aroma.
Slightly refreshing, with a touch of acidity here and there.
The second half is crisp and spicy with a trace of bitterness.
Since more than half of the bottle was made up of slag, I thought it would be a sloppy type, but it was easy to drink with a smooth mouthfeel.

Hello bouken 😃
You drank it 😊
900ml which is rare for sake.
When I drank it, my tasting glass was sticky at the bottom😅.

Ao, hello ☀.
That's a great deal and a lot of quantity 😆.
The glass gets quite a bit of residue on it 😅.
I have to wash it once when I drink other drinks or else it looks like a cloudy residue no matter what I drink 🤣.
