We drank this drink at a restaurant we frequent today 😚16.7 people ✨. The drinks I thought were the best tasting were Lia Sake Natural 70😋 (second bottle from the right in the first picture) I think it had the best balance of sweet and sour tastes. Ilya Thornton was the most acidic? I was allowed to drink this sake warmed up, and although it had acidity, it mellowed out and was again delicious. The third picture shows a sake made by thinning out the rice and minimizing the amount of polishing, just like thinning out grapes to produce darker grapes. You can feel the alcohol strongly. The delicious taste of rice spreads in your mouth! This is a good sake, but one glass is enough 😁. You can bring your own food, so bring cheddar cheese, satsumaage with cheese, cheesecake, and potato salad 🧀 great with cheesecake 🏆 winner 🏆! One of the guests brought a chocolate bean bun and handed them out to everyone saying "there is no sake that doesn't go with this"....shocking 😳it goes well with it ‼️I hope everyone will try it 😊.

Thanks for the offline meeting on Saturday❣️. I'm Yucachin 😆(named after kino.🤣)‼️That's right, I️ fell asleep on the floor in the middle of the meeting 🥲. I'm sure there are many of you that I didn't meet because I dropped out very early 😘 I'll try to revenge next time. We drank from Friday to the 2nd, Hyakushun❣️Friday was also pre remote with takeshon and Haruei Chichi. And on the day of the offline meeting 😊 we alternated between drinking this bottle of Hyakushun and another bottle. It's brewed with white malted rice, so it has a nice sourness and sweetness💕It's really good 💕It goes well with all kinds of food, Japanese and Western. Hyakushun is delicious 😋.

Drinking at the usual liquor store on Saturday 😋③. I tend to chat with my neighbor since we are sharing a table 😆 30's? The older brother drinks "Sanzenmori's Brew" in one out of every two drinks! He has had about 3,000 different kinds of drinks, but has returned to Sanzenmori. He said he could drink it like water 😌 and he was a strong man who could drink 7.8 gou in an hour and a half 😁. And this sake is also my new favorite Gifu sake💕There were 3 kinds of Gifu sake and I wanted to compare them, but I drank too much of the others and couldn't get to them.... I was already having too much fun talking and taking pictures💦. It was delicious and I wish I could taste it again. I think after this... Someno-Kangiku, Tasake, Shuho, Saku, Garakudai, Kuroryu, Nabeshima... 🍶. Well, this is fun 🥳.

I really wanted to post this on HinaMatsuri day 🌸 I was going to buy sakura mochi (cherry blossom cakes) for the Girls' Day, but they were sold out😔, so I bought a cake and went home🏠. I've been curious about this sake from Kanagawa, Japan for a while now, and after reading bouken's post about it, I was even more curious about drinking it😍.
