Drinking at my usual liquor store on Saturday 😋②.
I knew I wanted to pair it with sashimi, so I chose a dry sake! I've always wanted to try it 😊.
I would like to say that the less polished rice makes the rice taste better, but all I remember is that it was rich and delicious 😩I enjoyed it at that time, thinking that it would go well with sashimi 😘.

Shichida I drank Jungin 55% last weekend and it was so good that I bought an additional Junmai 65% and drank it and it was delicious!
I'm sure the 75% was absolutely delicious👍️
