When I told the owner that I wanted a bottle of sake, he said that the sake I was drinking was Ikitsuki Zama🐎This time I️wanted a bottle of raw wild rice.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. I'm sure you'll enjoy it, but I'd rather drink it the next day👍.
The next day, the sake was fuller and mellower 😋, but the sharpness remained. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I think it's a good idea.
