Sake Lab, my first all-you-can-drink experience.
For 3300 yen, this is the best I've ever had.
The first Tetorigawa was a deliciously dry, schwarish and fragrant nigori (nigori) 😋😋😋😋.
I drank too much and suffered from a hangover for the first time in a long time.
And I can't remember what it tastes like because I'm too drunk and there are too many different kinds😅.
This is also good 😋😋😋😋
I have a vague memory of repeatedly saying "this is also delicious😋😋😋😋".
I had 20 kinds of drinks, some of which I shared with the person I was drinking with.
The Jikin and Imi are premium, so they cost 220 yen plus 110 yen.

The second glass was a glass of Kamito Tokusyu Jun Dry Kumi, but I forgot to take a picture of it.
It is the first autumn sake of the season and costs 440 yen.
The balance of umami and acid bitterness is great 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Hououmida is good after all!

When you drink by the glass, you can choose either a 440 yen glass or a slightly smaller 330 yen glass, and when you are done, they pour you your next drink.
The service is casual, and the atmosphere is that of a private institute in a sense, without spending any money on the interior. It is a place that is inexpensive and makes you want to drink more.
I would like to go there again if I have the chance.

I finally made it there!
First time at Sake Labo.
I was curious about this place after someone recommended it in a comment on Sake-no-wa. (I forgot who it was 🙇♂️ but I haven't forgotten the name of the restaurant 💦)
Since we stopped by in the time before our drinking session, we drank a little more than half a cup for 440 yen instead of the all-you-can-drink that they probably sell. I think it's cheap because you can drink everything up to junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo class for this price.
It was hot, so I asked for a more gaseous sake, and this is what I got.
It was the first time for me to drink this sake, but they were generous enough to open a bottle of this one, which was not on the menu.
Machida Sake Brewery in Machida 😋.
Triple HATENA?
It has a strong gassy, ginjo aroma, and a delicious acidity!
Sweet and spicy, fresh and delicious 🍶😋😋😋😋😋.
However, I was told that no liquor stores in Machida City carry it. Too bad.

Continuing with the sake we drank on Tuesday...the last one is a delicious sake that is definitely available at the restaurant, Enayama‼️.
The person sitting across from me said "give me your recommendation❣️" and it came out and I jumped up and down and said "me too❣️" 😁.
It is the most acidic and lightest Enayama I've ever had. The aroma is gorgeous. It's a summer sake 🏖 with a refreshing aftertaste ✨.
Now that the boxing match is over, let's go home. Congratulations to Naoya Inoue 🎉!
