It's a brand that I feel close to because it has the same kanji as my name, so I was curious about it.
I've never bought it before because I asked the manager about it at Masaruya and he said it was a dry sake.

This is a sake that I fell in love with when I was in Shizuoka.
I thought it would be a good sake, but it was very dry and not what I expected...
But it was very dry!
It's a light, dry sake with a strong acidity.
Well, it doesn't interfere with the taste of the food, so it's delicious😋.
It goes well with the only sashimi platter I ordered at the restaurant.
The sashimi is also delicious at 1100 yen per plate 😋Katsuo, mullet milt and ankimo 🧡
