It is mellow and well-balanced, with an elegant aroma and sweetness, and an overall beautiful impression. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It has a strong gassy feeling. Slightly plum and melon-like top notes. The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a moderate sweetness, and a soft umami of rice, spreading with a refreshing acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, and finishing with a slight bitterness and a slight alcohol spiciness. The sweetness and aroma are moderate, and the acidity is refreshing. The impression is slightly dry with a strong gaseous sensation. Overall, it is light and refreshing, more like a mealtime sake than a stand-alone sake. On the second day, the umami and bitterness increase and the balance is even better.
