At the end of the year, I purchased sake with a Hokkaido support coupon. I had no hesitation in choosing the "Ancient Capital Yoimiya Autumn," which I could not find in Aomori in September, because there were only three bottles of it left on sale. The "Summer" was delicious, but the "Autumn" had a mellow flavor that was not too sweet and would go well with any dish. Today's accompaniments were homemade rice with salmon roe and soy sauce, scallop cream croquettes, iburi goko cream cheese, and stir-fried green papaya. Description. Hirosaki's Yoimiya (evening shrine) continues to be held as if to savor the late autumn as if to lament the end of summer. Popular Sake Brewery always lets us try different kinds of sake at their tasting sales. There is one, but it is always a standard sake that is always available, so I have not bought it for a while because I tend to prioritize the limited edition products, but I still prefer this Modern Classic the most. Today's snacks are Ube Kamaboko with Hon Wasabi and Hon Wasabi Wasabi Donburi! Description. Christmas ⛄️🎄🎄✨ The second bottle I opened was Toyobai Yeast 7, the last one I bought at Jishu An Sato in Aomori City. I bought 3 bottles of sake jackets in Aomori and they were all very drinkable and delicious. With unusually western accompaniments such as cheese, carpaccio, and sausages. Finally, the last bottle of Yamagata's draft sake hanpukai set! I've been taking good care of it, but since it's a draft sake, I should finish it soon. The aroma spreads when you pour it into a glass, and it is so easy to drink and delicious that you might end up drinking too much of it. It goes well with today's snacks of dried hokke and pickled okra, and seems to go well with all kinds of snacks. Description. The "Wai's Hot Springs! Fresh fish and sake! One of the Yurihama Sake Sets in the "Online Tour of the Charms of Yunashi Hama". It was served heated to a flying hot sake recommended by the representative of the brewery on the online tour. As you can see in the photo, it is quite dark in color, has a sourness typical of sake brewed from the traditional sake yeast, and has a slightly peculiar aroma and taste like an old sake. I guess such a dark sake is acceptable sometimes during the cold season. I wouldn't recommend it for a first-time sake drinker. It goes well with Gengohei watermelon pickled in soy sauce and oni-shijimi clam juice, both of which were included in the same tour set.

It was unbearably cold, so I decided to go back to Udon Shikoku for a hot meal and heated sake. I had the winter's recommended "yuzu-scented ultra-delicious duck tsukejiru udon" and heated Tosatsuru, a locally brewed sake from Shikoku. The tsuke-shiru alone is enough to make me want more sake. It's so warming! Menu Description Clean taste, excellent throat action. A new type of sake.

I stayed at a hotel in the city with a HOKKAIDO LOVE discount. There was a corner bar near the hotel that had an Edo Kaijo, which I had never seen before in my hometown, and it had Omachi, so I tried it. It was juicy and easy to drink without any snacks 😉.

We stayed in Otaru with a travel support discount and drank in the room. The snacks we bought at the Minamitaru market were herring sushi, hokki salad, and crispy shellfish strings.
