Ahhh! This!
Yum yum!!! wow!
Mimuro cedar is the best
No, is this also delicious? ← Basically, everything is delicious! The rest is a matter of taste, right?
I'm working a job that has nothing to do with Golden Week, but I'd like to enjoy Golden Week, even if it's just to get in the mood for it!
I'm going to drink! ← I don't know what that means any more (don't you always do that?)
Today's snack is...
fried asparagus (homemade)
chilled tofu with fried maitake mushrooms and dried bonito flakes (homemade)
It was delicious!
The snacks are also delicious! Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (Wife: 8 points)

It has a slightly sweet and sour taste with a hint of rice flavor, and would go well with a meal. It is of course delicious on its own, and is just right for a small sip. ポンちゃんMasaaki Sapporo-san Good evening 🦉.
I hope it's in full bloom there now. The sakura cup and 🌸 are stunning ✨I could use it for advertising 👍✨.
And this cup is not only pretty but delicious ❣️ Masaaki SapporoThank you, Pon 👍It's finally cherry blossom season in Sapporo 🌸Omine has a great cup of sake ✨.
I have one more bottle left, so I'll have it on the road on my non 🚗 trip 😁. えりりんMasaaki Sapporo-san konbanhaha (o´ omega`o)no~~!
It's a glass at the store I always go to😁.
Suddenly it's spring 🌸⇒early summer ι(Дυ)atsy.
It's like a lie that it was ⛄️ last GW ☀️ ジャイヴHi Masaaki Sapporo!
This is very popular 😁.
I went looking for it the other day but couldn't find it 💦.
I want to stock up on these because they are so easy to use✨ Masaaki SapporoHi Jive 😃Ohrei is delicious and best for a little drink for those of us who are not strong on alcohol ✨It is already sold out at our distributor here 😅. Masaaki Sapporo9 items (8 items)

Shuppon when opened
Slightly gassy
The citrusy taste with a hint of rice malt on the top
Fruity aroma like Hassaku, mild rice flavor and soft sweetness spreads pichijuwatto with assertive acidity and gassiness like grapefruit yogurt, and it finishes with a gentle slight bitterness and a gentle kick while leaving a sweet and sour aftertaste.
The beautiful acidity is impressive, and the flavor of the rice can be felt and the sweetness is moderate, making it easy to pair with meals and also tastes well on its own. Weaving water is also good.
It is a craft sake made with a domestic hop called Karakasou, but the bitterness is not as bad as in most sake, and it is nice.
When you peel off the label, you will find another strange device on the label (lol).
The label shows a rural landscape with a poem written on it.
The cap is a crown type, but I was told that it can be reused if opened properly...
I was able to re-cork it safely.
It went well with scallop sashimi, pork cutlets, fried shrimp, and fried oysters, which were frozen test samples given to me by the president of a fisheries company. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Masaaki Sapporo 😃.
Citrus fruits! I love it 😋.
I can't wait to see this review 🤤I'd love to try the craft brew 🤗. Masaaki SapporoThank you Jay & Nobby 😃I wanted to try the craft sake when I saw on social media that it was newly handled, so I bought it on impulse & skipped the stock and opened it the same day 😁There are a lot of delicious sake 😅. みやび♪♪♪♪♪
Well, I'm going to go fill in the map a bit.
So, here she is today!
I heard that the quality of the sake has been selected for its flavor over time, but it will be gone before it tastes good.
Because it's delicious!
I was curious about this brewery, and I was right 💯.
The snacks were yakitori and other grilled skewers (homemade)!
They go so well together!
They are so delicious!
Both sake and snacks! (Translated by.) Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (Wife 8.5 points)

Almost no gas
Slightly sweet pineapple-like top note
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, the full-bodied sweetness and soft rice flavor, along with a fine but assertive acidity, spread out in a whiff, and the wine finishes with a slight alcohol spiciness and bitterness.
Fruity sweetness spreads in the first half, but the overall impression is gentle and well-balanced. It is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own.
On the second day, the white wine-like acidity is good.
It went well with kawara soba noodles from Yamaguchi Prefecture, which I bought at the Aeon Sanin Sanyo Fair.
It also went well with my wife's (left) curry of beef and mushrooms based on loi thai (panem curry) and my own (right) curry of chicken and mushrooms based on various spices, tomatoes, and yogurt. ジェイ&ノビィHi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
Yamaguchi sake goes well with local cuisine 🤗Toyo Bijin-san! I haven't had it for a while 🤔.
But the green bottle looks great in the snowy landscape. ☺️ Masaaki SapporoGood evening, Jay & Nobby! We have changed our plans for the Hirotogawa nigori to suit your cooking 😁. みやび♪♪♪♪♪
I would like to have a drink with you
It is Omachi, even though it is not the same as the other two!
It's delicious! ←I'm not sure what to say...
But you can also feel the robustness of the wine!
It's delicious!
This is Hiroshi! ←No, it's not!
Today's snack is...
Ajijio with shredded cheese, eringi mushrooms, broccoli and shrimps (handmade)
Grilled yellowtail with salt sauce (handmade)
Jamon Serrano (store-bought)
I think it is a perfect match with the hamon serrano 😊.

The same fruity aroma as the top-rise, moderate sweetness and umami of rice spread pichijuwatto with light acidity, and the lingering sweetness and bitterness is quickly quenched with a slight bitter aftertaste.
The balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness is not too light or heavy, but just right.
It goes well with soba noodles with tempura, boiled lighthouse whelk in salted water, and macaroni salad with hokki-gai shellfish. Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (wife 8 points)

It is moderately sweet, and its elegant and gorgeous aroma spreads in a flash. It is easy to drink, slightly light, and goes well with meals, and is also delicious on its own.
It went well with low-temperature cooked Aussie beef steaks and macaroni salad. It also went well with the yuzu kosho bonito tataki at the Aeon Dai-Kyushu Fair. 麺酒王Hi masbki sapporo😃
Hats off to you for cooking in earnest 😲.
And sensation black is soooooo good 😆. Masaaki SapporoThank you for all your help, Noodle Sake King 👍It's a tricky low-temperature cooking, but for something so simple, it sure turns out delicious ✨sensation black is a solid red thread revenge 🍶. Masaaki Sapporo9 points (Wife: 9 points)

When opened, it has a strong gassy feeling.
Strongly gassy
Slightly sweet red melon-like finish
The same rummy fruity aroma, moderate sweetness, and rice flavor as the top rise, spreads with lactic acid-like acidity and gassiness with a pizzazz, and finishes with a slight bitterness and a smooth finish.
It is creamy and juicy, but not overpoweringly sweet and sour, with a slight carbonation that makes it refreshing and delicious. It goes well with meals and is refreshingly delicious on its own.
It went well with Iberico pork claypot made with Cook Do's Sichuan-style claypot and mushroom soup.
It did not go well with doughnuts from Fuwamochi Mansion (a well-known doughnut shop in Sapporo), as the bitterness was too pronounced.
It also went well with 7-Eleven's "Deca Pork Ramen" (Wasashi Wasashi MAX), which I had been tempted to try after reading Sake-no-Wawa's post. Eating hot ramen outside in the cold makes it even more delicious. 雅Masaaki Sapporo, good evening 😄.
I personally think that Hana kin is even better than Orikagari 🤣www. Masaaki SapporoHi Masa, good morning! Eh😅I knew Hana Kyun existed, but it's that good 🤤I'll secure it soon 😁I'm also interested in the pink label, but I'm doing something good and my allowance is suspended? Rice Polishing Ratio:50

Sold at: Sakurumoto Shoten Honten (Chuo-ku, Sapporo)
When opening the bottle
Moderate gassiness
Slightly sweet rice malt and alcohol on top
The fruity aroma of plums and grapes with a hint of rice malt, the mild sweetness and umami of rice, and the acidity reminiscent of grapefruit spread out with a pizzazz, and the mild bitterness and slight spiciness of alcohol make the wine finish crisply.
The slightly dry and well-balanced impression makes it a good match with meals, and it is also refreshing and delicious on its own.
On the second day, it becomes mellower and tastier, but the aftertaste is still short.
It went well with marinated salmon, Kojima's pork stew, suzunoko (baby sardines), rice with chicken and Nagasaki tsuwa, and pork miso soup.
It also went well with lemon steak donburi.
This year, too, before we knew it, we had Hinamatsuri Tyrol chocolates at home (sweat).
We had no choice but to make them a little early (laugh). ぴーたまmasaaki sapporo-san Good looking place to shoot!

It is mellow and well-balanced, with an elegant aroma and sweetness, and an overall beautiful impression. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own.
It goes well with various Osechi dishes.
As I was getting tired of Osechi, I compared Nichirei's fried noodles with ankake and Maruha Nichiro's fried noodles, both of which were served during the monitoring. The hana-yup also matched well.
It also went well with curry and pasta using leftover codfish from Osechi. えりりんKombanhaa (o´ omega`o)no~~~

A little gassy
A slight melon yogurt-like top note
The same aroma as the first sip, mixed with the aroma of rice malt, gives it a fresh aroma, a silky rice flavor, and a moderate sweetness that spreads with a lactic acidity and a mild bitterness.
The impression is refreshing with a moderate sweetness, and the alcohol content is strong for a 13% alcohol content. It is better to drink it with a meal than by itself.
On the second day, the alcohol flavor was lessened and it became mellower.
It went well with roast Tasmanian beef (filet), grilled salmon halas, rolled egg, and Meiji's Tokachi fresh mozzarella.
It also went well with garlic-roasted shimacho and seasoned Genghis Khan.
The fourth picture shows the main store of Sakuramoto Shoten after renovation. 寿梨庵Hi Masaaki Sapporo, good evening ⛄️

When the bottle is opened, it is a "sip, sip, sip" (the bottle will blow out if you don't put your hand on the bottle).
It has a strong gassy feeling.
Slightly plum and melon-like top notes.
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a moderate sweetness, and a soft umami of rice, spreading with a refreshing acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, and finishing with a slight bitterness and a slight alcohol spiciness.
The sweetness and aroma are moderate, and the acidity is refreshing. The impression is slightly dry with a strong gaseous sensation.
It went well with a low-temperature cooked black hair steak (from Kagoshima) that I bought at Costco, French bread that I bake by myself that I also bought at Costco, and Itoham's Kitchen Deli stew pie potage pie with shrimp, crab, and scallop aroma that I bought at Aeon.
Sapporo is now in the season when the maximum temperature is near 0°C, and natural refrigerators such as double-sash windows and balconies are in use.
Today, we can be free from the complaint of refrigerator space. ひるぺこHi Masaaki Sapporo, good evening. It is fresh, fruity, and refreshing, but it also has the umami of rice and a pleasant aftertaste. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own.
