The same aroma as the first sip, mixed with the aroma of rice malt, gives it a fresh aroma, a silky rice flavor, and a moderate sweetness that spreads with a lactic acidity and a mild bitterness.
The impression is refreshing with a moderate sweetness, and the alcohol content is strong for a 13% alcohol content. It is better to drink it with a meal than by itself.
On the second day, the alcohol flavor was lessened and it became mellower.
It went well with roast Tasmanian beef (filet), grilled salmon halas, rolled egg, and Meiji's Tokachi fresh mozzarella.
It also went well with garlic-roasted shimacho and seasoned Genghis Khan.
