Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Suwa Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu Mikotsuru is also very popular these days👍. Last time we drank the popular Yamae Nishiki This time we chose Miyamanishiki, a rice produced in Nagano Prefecture😊. It is grown under contract in Suwa City, Mikotsuru's hometown! The mouthfeel is soft as Miyamanishiki. In addition to its freshness, it has a fruity taste with a hint of fruit. Fruity and fruity taste 🤤. Sake with elegance and a strong presence. Mikotsuru is still delicious 😋! I think I'll try Hitokochiki next time 🤣. I'm taking a walk now😊.

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Omachi, bottle-fired once The one bottle series is over... After 200 check-ins... We chose Hanamou🌼 to start again... Juicy and sweet flavor in your mouth. It has a juicy sweet flavor in the mouth and it's very Hanamup-like 😆️. On the other hand, the aftertaste is very smart and It is easy to drink 🤤. This is the third Hanamup after Rikuwada and Miso Nishiki! Omachi was the best... 🥰. Maybe the sake itself is evolving more and more 😌😌. I was right about the bottle ✌️. I'm going to try to surpass Konishiki 🤣.

I'm relieved to hear that you fell asleep at the remote offline meeting but didn't get a picture of your sleeping face 🤣. It is slightly effervescent and tastes like grapes. It has a lactic acid bacteria drink feel like Calpis or Yakult. It is sweeter and tastier than I expected. I thought the taste was comparable to Hirotogawa Nigori as spkh said. I think it's getting more melon🍈-like after some time.

Today is Kami's present🎁😍 Black beef🐃🐃🐃❣️❣️❣️ The sake that was so good at the eel restaurant last year✌️️. My wife seemed to remember it too 🙄🙄🙄. With the head of sea bream stew and bonito strips 🥰. I got this bottle from my colleague in March. This is my second bottle this year 😆. Dry with a firm acidity 🤤. Sharp and sharp ✨. Kawanakajima Genmai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu When I went to buy Sakue-no-chi and paid for it, I saw a hot look behind me... 👁. I turned around and my eyes met Gensai's 👀. It was truly a fateful encounter💕‼️. This is my first Gensai 🤣. I knew they had it in the store, but you have to save up points to buy it 😢. I️ have a regular one on my fridge today 😆️. "Can I buy this? "Special today only..." Lucky‼️‼️‼️! I drank it and was amazed 😳 This is a taste I have never experienced❣️ Gentle flavor and sweetness in the mouth 😋. When swallowed, sweetness, sourness and slight bitterness spread at once 🤤. My wife says, "It's like a flower opening..." 🌸 The aftertaste after swallowing was shocking 🤣. This is a definite repeat ministry. I don't know when I can buy the next one 😅

A bottle of sake and a slow 🤤. Gorgeous and elegant aroma 🍐. Delicate and clear flavor 😋. Crisp aftertaste with acidity ☺️. Shinomine Aizan Junmai Lightly Nigori unfiltered unpasteurized The other day, I drank Shinomine outside. I thought it was delicious 🤤. I happened to find Shinomine at a liquor store I went to buy something. I happened to find Shinomine at the liquor store where I went to buy some 👀. 66% polished rice from Aisan in Hyogo Prefecture Brewed with yeast No.9 Junmai lightly muddled undiluted sake Firm and spicy Elegant and understated sweetness. Slight bitterness can be cut with it. I thought it was going to be gentle, but it's actually a pretty wild drink😅. I'm not sure if it will get better after a day. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.

Hanaup Junmai Ginjo Misoshiki Raw I drank Hanamura for the first time in a year. This is the sake that made me start drinking sake. I couldn't go back to my parents' house for New Year's last year. I bought Hanamura so that my wife and I could spend New Year's together. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to do that again. I'm not sure what to make of it... 🤤 I wanted to know more about sake, and that's how I ended up at "Sake no Wa". One year later... 🤔 I was hooked on Sake no Wa... I'm stuck in the swamp of sake... Seasonal Misoshiki is used. Junmai Namaishu is also polished to 50% rice Junmai Daiginjo class The aroma spreads gorgeously. Beautiful sweetness that is juicy but not overpowering. Fresh and vivid flavor. It's still delicious👍. Jyushiyo is difficult to drink at home. I can't even find it at the moment😭. Personally, I'm happy enough with Hanaup ✌️.

Shin Tschida Completely unfiltered brewing This one is tough to beat😵💫. I was prepared for this after reading the reviews, but... The personality is too strong! It's a character like no other sake! The aroma of grain🌾 and earth. First a sour taste like mirin💦 After that caramel sweetness🍮 Honestly, it's not that good😥. The cup is too small for the complex taste😅. It goes well with the rich taste of leek liver👍. I guess this is how people drank alcohol in the Edo period😳. I think this is the original taste of sake. 🌀 while there are many beautiful sake nowadays I can feel the earthy aroma 🤣 It reminds me of the Awamori that I got from the people in Ishigaki Island I remembered the Shirayuri🤔 At first it tastes like earth dissolved in water😨 The more I drink it, the more addicted I become 🤤 I hope it becomes like that! I wonder if the taste will change after a day I think I'll try drinking it lukewarm✌️.

Nozomu (bo:) Special Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake Miyamanishiki Recommended by the shop owner🐾 It's been sitting in the fridge for a while😴. I wanted to drink a refreshing sake, so I opened the bottle! It's delicious... I should have drunk it sooner😋 Slightly refreshing and sweet aroma💕. The gentle rice sweetness of Miyamanishiki is balanced A crisp acidity that is not overpowering. The aftertaste is slightly pungent and messy but easy to drink without being overpowering😘 It goes well with all kinds of food! Tochigi prefecture has a lot of beautiful sake. I also recommend mochi (bo:) 👍 I️ also⭕ the attitude to be concerned about unfiltered and pure rice.

I was shocked by this sake when I drank it at the store before. It has been a while since it was released, so I bought it. The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so it is Junmai Daiginjo spec. Gassy and fresh. The mid-palate tastes like juicy fruit. The bitterness converges at the end. After a few days, the sweetness is more pronounced and I personally prefer it when the gas is released. The depth of the juiciness has increased. It's only listed as a nama-shu, but according to the liquor store's website, it looks like nama-gara-shu.

This is a limited brand of Kokushi Muso that I drank the other day. I wonder if it's true that you can't buy it in Hokkaido? The sweetness is a little pineapple-like and heavy. The aroma is also a little different, but it's more fruity. The aftertaste is nutty and ripe in the same vein as the Kokushi Muso we had the other day. It's quite unique and interesting. Kokushi Muso was spicier than Comet, but I have the impression that Kitashizuku is sweeter than Comet in other breweries. It says "R1BY" so it must have been aged in the brewery. It's a strange sake with a pineapple taste and a taste like old sake.
