I discovered this sake at Kinoshita Meishu Store, which I had no idea about. I was going to buy Urasato 2nd lot, but after much hesitation, I chose this one. This sake is made by Musashi Winery. It seems that it was originally brewed at Musashi Tsuru Brewery in Ogawa-machi, but the brewery is now closed (closed down?). It seems to be brewed at Takizawa Sake Brewery in Fukaya City since 22BY. It seems that Musashi Winery is brewing the sake in their brewery rather than consignment brewing, so it is quite authentic. The rice used is Isehikari. When the bottle is opened, there is a powerful pop. It has a gentle sweetness with a woody aroma and a gaseous feeling like that of soda. It also has a bitter taste like chocolate or coffee. A little expensive at 3,000 yen 😅. I think it was in dancyu or something 🤔.

I went to Kinoshita Meishuji in Minami-Senri for the first time in a while. I have the impression that this is the home ground of YASUBE and Rafa 😁. I came here for Asukai, but like Senchu, they only have the classic label fire-brewed... I bought this one along with another sake. I had avoided it because it was alsoderated and had added sugar, but I thought I had to try it since it was in Peach Village. Momonosato is generally very sweet, but this one in particular is very sweet. It is sweet like syrup. It's active, but not too shiny. It has alcohol and bitterness, but I think the sweetness is a little too strong.

Saku Junmai Ginjo Enochi I forgot to drink on the day of Saku😅 Looking back it's been a year 😳 It's been a long time since I've had Saku 🤗. Megumi again this time 🥰. It's a classic amongst all the other crops 👍‼️ I don't need to tell you how delicious it is 😌. Smooth, calm sweetness and flavor 😋. The acidity is moderate, but the aftertaste is sharp and clean. Aftertaste that casually disappears 🫠. I haven't had this for a year... What a waste of time😅. It's fun to drink different kinds of alcohol. I want to drink regularly and carefully I'd like to take my time and drink regularly... 😌.

We chose Miyaganbai Junmai Daiginjo from Miyagi Prefecture for our second round of opening today 😀. Recently, in order to practice tasting when opening the bottle, I pour a small amount of sake into a glass and let it come to room temperature before actually drinking it 😀 I did the same this time. I did the same this time, and it was the first time that I could taste such a difference in flavor between the chilled sake and the room temperature sake for tasting, yet both were delicious😇. Of course, the room temperature sake had more aroma and flavor, but the one just taken out of the fridge was also clear and beautiful 😀. As for me, I prefer the well-chilled one 😀. Today we compared 2 bottles from Iwate prefecture and 2 bottles from Miyagi prefecture. Next will be our second bottle of Fukushima Prefecture 😀. Our second bottle of Fukushima Prefecture sake... 🤣

HANA-UP born under the technical guidance of Mr. Kenso Takagi You have to try this combination 😊. Last year I got it by chance... This year I got it from Yasubeyesan's information: ✌️ Thanks Yasubeyesan👍‼️ Flesh & Juicy🍈, just like Hanamup! Sake Mirai's gorgeous and rich taste 😋. This is irresistible... 🤤. When paired with crab cream croquettes the sweetness of Hanamup is diminished and the bitterness is stronger😅. With spinach with egg or cold tofu the sweetness appears and the sharpness is the best balance. It is interesting to see how the taste changes with each dish 😌.

Nigorinpic (6) Nigorinpic is now in its final stages 😀 Today we will open a bottle of Urasato's light nigori. Today we will open a bottle of Urasato's light nigori 😀! We were able to enjoy the supernatant today 😀. From the supernatant, it already has a melon aroma 😀. Everyone described this sake as a sports drink, but I felt it was a melon squash 😀. If you stir it up, it's an even better melon squash 😀. For the first time in a long time, Kaorin has said to me that this is not sake 😀. Urasato's nigori really is delicious 😀. Unfortunately, I warmed the nigori by Machida Shuzo, which I opened the other day, to lukewarm, but I still felt it tasted better with hiya 😀.

Nigorinpic (5) Today we opened a bottle of Miyamanishiki Nigori by Machida Sake Brewery 😀. We will compare the nigori with Kido nigori and Harada fuyu, which we opened earlier, warmed to lukewarm 😀. Actually, Machida Shuzo is also new to me, but after reading your post, I decided to add it to the nigori challenge this time 😀. In my opinion, Kido is the most refreshing and fruity nigori sake, but Machida Shuzo's sake was even more refreshing than that 😀. I managed to prevent the automatic stirring when opening the bottle and was able to drink some of the top clear liquid, but it was a bit dry and refreshing, so I think I'll try heating this up tomorrow 🤣.

I'm a very small person, so I can't open the sake I like and cherish and keep it in the fridge for a long time 😀 I've successfully completed my 200 check-in this time. Now that I've successfully checked in for 200, I'm going to unleash the sake I've been storing away for the time being😅. The first one to go is Hanayuup, which is a staple sake in our house 😀. We buy all the other sakes in 4-gou bottles, but Hana Yuu is the only one we buy in 1-shou bottles, so I think this is the one we've drunk the most of so far 😀. I never open a bottle of Hanayuup unless I always have at least one bottle in the fridge, but this was the first time I opened it without any reserve 😅. It has a fruity sweetness, but it has a solid core of deliciousness that you can't go wrong with 😀. The wife says she prefers the student's Hanayuup to the teacher's Jyushiyo 😅. But now I'm wondering when I can get the next bottle once this one is empty😅.

Bubbles Festival (5) The fifth day of the bubbly festival is the Otter Festival Sparkling from my hometown in Yamaguchi prefecture 😀. In fact, the first sparkling sake I ever had was this Ottersai 45 sparkling 😀. This sake is still very stable and delicious 😀. I described the Flax Cat Sparkling as the best Champagne, but the Otter Sparkling is the best Sake Sparkling 😀. I was worried by my salmon friends that I would get bored of drinking the same kind of sake continuously... However, we have discovered that both of us love sparkling sake, and tomorrow will be the last day of the bubbly drinking contest 😀.

Only 3 days to go until we move 😅 My wife asked me to at least lose a bottle of sake in the fridge, so I opened a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai special junmai that I had been saving for a while 😅. I wanted to look at it more carefully, but I had no choice but to cry and cry 😓. It was delicious 😀. It tasted completely different from any sake I've ever had 😀. But it was a drink that made me really happy to drink it 😀. With this, all of the 6 bottles I had at one point were finally gone 😓. But the number of Yongo bottles has increased to 15 😅. I need to reduce them a bit more or it will be hard to move 😅.

And that day was Raifuku's sake... the sake from Ibaraki that's supposed to be still unburied😅. I'm late to the party, but here's a record of your wife's August birthday 😀. I couldn't go home for New Year's because of Corona... I bought this sake to drink sake at home. I bought this sake from ✌️ Without any preconceptions... just a gut feeling😅 At that time, I only drank "light and dry" sake. It was a little too sweet for me... I was surprised to know that there is such a sake 🙄. I wanted to try different kinds of sake I came across "Sake-no-wa" while doing some research. I came across "Sake-no-wa" while doing some research. It's been 2 years and 10 months since then 😁. It's still sweet even after drinking it now 😊. The sweetness remains until the aftertaste... Saku Junmai Ginjo Enochi March 9 is Saku 39's day 😆. I asked my wife to buy some Saku at the liquor store today 😅. She said, "Go to the liquor store today and buy some Saku 😅". She reluctantly bought it 😤. It's meaningless if I don't drink it today... I immediately opened the bottle 🍾. I'll drink it with my favorite... Megumi here 🥰. Gorgeous and elegant aroma🍐. Delicate and clear flavor😋. Crisp aftertaste with acidity 😋☺️ Beautiful taste and easy to drink I'm sure it's delicious too. I don't drink it unless I have a chance to drink it. Mochibo: Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-shu Yesterday we went to a friend's house for a drink 🍻. My friend's wife prepared Junmai Daiginjo Omachi by Nozomu ✌️ This lady has a good eye for sake even though she can't drink much. She has a good eye for alcohol. She chose it after consulting with the waitress at the store. and the waitress at the store 😊. Sweetness with fullness like a flower opening. The rich flavor and moderate acidity typical of Omachi Well balanced and easy to drink 😋. I had a good time drinking this sake 🤣.
