Only 3 days to go until we move 😅 My wife asked me to at least lose a bottle of sake in the fridge, so I opened a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai special junmai that I had been saving for a while 😅. I wanted to look at it more carefully, but I had no choice but to cry and cry 😓. It was delicious 😀. It tasted completely different from any sake I've ever had 😀. But it was a drink that made me really happy to drink it 😀. With this, all of the 6 bottles I had at one point were finally gone 😓. But the number of Yongo bottles has increased to 15 😅. I need to reduce them a bit more or it will be hard to move 😅.

I looked back at my birthday event yesterday and thought, ah? I didn't give you a record of your wife's birthday😅. And that day was Raifuku's sake... the sake from Ibaraki that's supposed to be still unburied😅. I'm late to the party, but here's a record of your wife's August birthday 😀. This sake was a gorgeous sake, perfect for a gift 😀. Maybe it's because the sake yeast is taken from a flower, but it was a sake that didn't feel like it had been alsoderated, and the wife was happy with it 😀. This was my first time in Ibaraki 😀.

Hanamup Junmai Sake Rikuwada, once fired in a bottle It's been a very long time since we've had Hanayu Rikuwada! It's been 2 years and 10 months 😳‼️ Actually, this Rikuwada is the sake that inspired me to start Sake-no-wa 👍. This is the sake that inspired me to start Sakegawa👍. I couldn't go home for New Year's because of Corona... I bought this sake to drink sake at home. I bought this sake from ✌️ Without any preconceptions... just a gut feeling😅 At that time, I only drank "light and dry" sake. It was a little too sweet for me... I was surprised to know that there is such a sake 🙄. I wanted to try different kinds of sake I came across "Sake-no-wa" while doing some research. I came across "Sake-no-wa" while doing some research. It's been 2 years and 10 months since then 😁. It's still sweet even after drinking it now 😊. The sweetness remains until the aftertaste... But I can now drink sweet sake I've become able to drink sweet drinks 😋. I guess it's the experience of drinking a lot of alcohol 😁.

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Hanamup is famous for having received technical guidance from Jyushiyo. Sake is a famous sake that has been brewed under the technical guidance of Jyusyudai, right? Sake Mirai is a rare sake brewing rice Sake Mirai is a rare sake brewing rice Sake Mirai from Hanayu is amazing 😆. I did a double-take when I found it at Kinoshita Meishuju 👀. I had to use my points to buy it. I bought it because they had a bottle ✌️ The taste is... unquestionably delicious 😋. Firm juicy sweetness... Rich mouthfeel but cuts cleanly. It's a stylish sake with a modern look 😌.

Saku Junmai Ginjo Enochi March 9 is Saku 39's day 😆. I asked my wife to buy some Saku at the liquor store today 😅. She said, "Go to the liquor store today and buy some Saku 😅". She reluctantly bought it 😤. It's meaningless if I don't drink it today... I immediately opened the bottle 🍾. I'll drink it with my favorite... Megumi here 🥰. Gorgeous and elegant aroma🍐. Delicate and clear flavor😋. Crisp aftertaste with acidity 😋☺️ Beautiful taste and easy to drink I'm sure it's delicious too. I don't drink it unless I have a chance to drink it. Mochibo: Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-shu Yesterday we went to a friend's house for a drink 🍻. My friend's wife prepared Junmai Daiginjo Omachi by Nozomu ✌️ This lady has a good eye for sake even though she can't drink much. She has a good eye for alcohol. She chose it after consulting with the waitress at the store. and the waitress at the store 😊. Sweetness with fullness like a flower opening. Saku Gennochi Junmai This is a comparison with Jikin's Tokujun ✌️. I didn't do it consciously. I ran out of a bottle of Hanamup. I opened a bottle of Saku Gennochi. I was able to buy a bottle of Tokujun Nigori so I replaced it with Jikin 😆. I replaced it 😆. So I opened a bottle on the same day... It's a popular sake from the same Mie Prefecture 🥰. I've had Saku with Masa, Megumi, Hoho and Kanade. This is my first time drinking Gen 😊. I think I like it a lot 💕. Very simple with no superfluous stuff It's beautifully crafted 😋. Low sweetness & low acidity Slightly tasty rice flavor A little bit of alcohol in the aftertaste Like a young man with a deep core... Compared to Jikin Tokujun, it's not as gorgeous. I think it's not as glamorous as Jikin Tokujun. I think you are comparing it to the wrong one 🤣⁉️.

There are so many varieties of sake rice It's hard to decide which one to buy. Hitogokochi is the image of Shinshu Kamerei. But I bought Mikotsuru. Sweet and juicy like Mikotsuru 😋. Takachiyo HELLOWEEN label Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Orikigarami It's called HELLOWEEN. I got on it😅 The label of Sarah Panda is also cute 🥰. It was a big hit with my wife ✌️️‼️. After the fresh sweetness spreads After the fresh sweetness spreads, the sour and spicy taste comes in with a bang 🌊. Unlike its appearance, it has a very naughty taste. It tastes like a pure, unfiltered, pure sake. The purity of unfiltered raw sake 😊. Easy to pair with anything I also had it with pumpkin pie 🎃... This is not so bad 🤣. I enjoyed it 🤤.

Saku Junmai Ginjo Masanochi Drinking party at my house with a couple of friends 🍺. The third bottle is Masachan from Saku 🥰. My friend and his wife brought it as a souvenir ☺️. We also brought a bouquet of flowers for Rafa, whose birthday is next week 💐! We had the same sake from Mie prefecture 🍶 at the Jikin drinking party! You have good taste 👍 So we compared Jikin and Saku 😆. Saku's Masa is a refreshing and clear sake 😋. Jikin is full-bodied and has great umami 🤤. Too good to be true 😅
