I was able to open the bottle safely, but it had a pretty strong schwarziness and acidity, so I think it was a Kaolin style expression of summer orange liqueur with soda 🤣. ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀
I found it to be a very nice sake that has the nuances of a solid sake, but also has a cider-like taste and fruit-derived acidity 😇.

Rice: 17% Omachi for Koji rice, 83% Akebono for Kakemono rice
As I wrote in my post about the tasting, satoumi rice is rice made with oyster shells as fertilizer.
Sweet and juicy with a hint of pineapple 🍍.
There is a bit of bitterness at the end, but I highly recommend this sake for those who like sweet and tasty!
Much better impression than when I tasted it.

We managed to open the bottle without incident, and we were able to compare the supernatants as well😇.
Miko-chan's supernatant is a bit dry and fruity, but it was even more fruity and tastier when mixed with the other shochu 😀. ポンちゃんHi Yasbay 🐦.

I immediately recognized the rice shochu because its aroma is close to the usual ginjo aroma 😀.

I heard that when you take the test, there will be 6 drinks together, 4 sake and 2 shochu, so the order in which you try them is not so clear 🤣.

I hesitated to drink it, but there was too much activity in the refrigerator at home, so I gave it up.

Fruity sweetness. As Aladdin said, it is indeed a grape 🍇 not muscat, but a red one.
Muscat is available, but grape is not so common.

I heard that the brewer passed away suddenly in 2015 and the brewer's wife and sisters are running the business. I wonder if that's why the production is so low, and even the distributors don't get many bottles in stock.
It is Asukai's challenge sake with 13% alcohol and -5 sake.
It is indeed a low-alcohol sweet sake with a gentle taste, but it tastes a little astringent at the end. It also has a strong acidity. Perhaps it is a characteristic of the brewery, but it has a flavor that is not often found in sweet sake.
Thick sweetness like syrup.

The most checked-in sake in the past year is Kido and the second is Hanamu, but since Kido is a four-pack and Hanamu is a one-bottle sake, it is Hanamu that she drinks the most 😀.
However, we were not able to stock many sake bottles because of the sake bottles, but now that we have a sake cellar, we are able to stock quite a lot of sake.
We have 3 bottles of Hanamup at home, and after thinking about which one to open, I chose Sake Mirai, which was my favorite among the ones we drank last year 😀.
Kaorin, by the way, said she liked Akita Sake Komachi the best last year 🤣.

This Shinshin doesn't have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami that you get from the rice spreads out in a natural way, and it cuts through in a flash 😇.

Mr. Kawada says that even if the same ingredients are used and the same brewer makes the same sake, it will be completely different depending on the toji's blueprint 😀.
Compared to the 1st sake, the 2nd sake has a more subdued aroma, but I felt again that this one has a better depth of flavor and depth of feeling 😀.

Yesterday, I asked Kaorin what she was going to drink for her 300 check-in tomorrow... I asked her if she had Shinsei, Jikin and Imi... she said Hanamup 🤣.
Kaorin is such a Hanamup fan that even when she goes to a restaurant that promotes Jyushiyo, she says she prefers the student's Hanamup to the teacher's Jyushiyo🤣.
Actually, I just read back and the 200 check-in was also Hanamup in early January 😅.
I've been posting almost exclusively for drinking at home, and 100 posts in 4 months is a fair pace 😀.
Hanamup has Sake Mirai and this Rikuwada, I thought about which one to choose, but here it's Rikuwada 😇.

Today I'm going to have a bottle of Imi 😀.
This sake is sold by a liquor store in my neighborhood, but the rule is that they can only sell me one bottle a year 😅.
But due to the kindness of the store owner, we have two bottles at home, so we decided to open the bottle this time 😀.
We compared them with Bodai Hashiwado's Sanomorosugi and Yatagarasu, and the Yonotori that we opened yesterday😇.
We also had a bottle of Imi that had been brought to room temperature for the tasting, but Imi was by far the best tasting at room temperature😇.
The pure rice Bodai Hashihashi and Yonotori have an overwhelming aroma and taste with a strong individuality, while the Imi has a moderate aroma and taste, but when you hold it in your mouth, the well-balanced flavor opens up and then it finishes with a clean taste 🤣.
