boukenI have always wanted to drink Asukai, and finally got a bottle of the raw sake!
I heard that the brewer passed away suddenly in 2015 and the brewer's wife and sisters are running the business. I wonder if that's why the production is so low, and even the distributors don't get many bottles in stock.
It is Asukai's challenge sake with 13% alcohol and -5 sake.
It is indeed a low-alcohol sweet sake with a gentle taste, but it tastes a little astringent at the end. It also has a strong acidity. Perhaps it is a characteristic of the brewery, but it has a flavor that is not often found in sweet sake.
Thick sweetness like syrup.

I took off the lid cover and it popped open on its own.
The bottle opened on its own 😳.
The day after we drank it and the day after that it was in the fridge.
The bottle was flying open on its own 🚀😱.
It's a very energetic sake 😊.
They say it's an active nigori.
But...when I drank it, it was surprisingly gassy

It's been a while since I've had Machida, but it's delicious 😋 It was full of summer sake character, full yet refreshing 😌 The cork bounced around in my hand, so it was fine 😊. ヤスベェToday is Hanamamu 😀.
Kaorin loves this sake the most 😇
The most checked-in sake in the past year is Kido and the second is Hanamu, but since Kido is a four-pack and Hanamu is a one-bottle sake, it is Hanamu that she drinks the most 😀.
However, we were not able to stock many sake bottles because of the sake bottles, but now that we have a sake cellar, we are able to stock quite a lot of sake.
We have 3 bottles of Hanamup at home, and after thinking about which one to open, I chose Sake Mirai, which was my favorite among the ones we drank last year 😀.
Kaorin, by the way, said she liked Akita Sake Komachi the best last year 🤣.

It's very fruity, but the flavor spreads beautifully and is not too strong, so even though it's sweet and delicious, it doesn't interfere with the meal at all 😇.

Actually, I'm going to Wakayama on June 16th to sign up to participate in Kido's sake rice planting 😀.

This Shinshin doesn't have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami that you get from the rice spreads out in a natural way, and it cuts through in a flash 😇.

There are some sake that you have an image of, but actually are totally different 😊Yamajoya has a hard atmosphere on the label 😁It was very easy to drink and a delicious food sake 😋. ヤスベェI drank Urasato's light nigori earlier this year and was very impressed 😀.
After that, I had the second version of the same light nigori at chuin 😇
It was totally different from the 1st version I had last time 🤣.
Mr. Kawada of chuin-san's explanation convinced me 😇.
This must be the great skill of Mr. Urasato Touji 😀 😀.
Mr. Kawada says that even if the same ingredients are used and the same brewer makes the same sake, it will be completely different depending on the toji's blueprint 😀.
Compared to the 1st sake, the 2nd sake has a more subdued aroma, but I felt again that this one has a better depth of flavor and depth of feeling 😀.

Kaorin is such a Hanamup fan that even when she goes to a restaurant that promotes Jyushiyo, she says she prefers the student's Hanamup to the teacher's Jyushiyo🤣.
Actually, I just read back and the 200 check-in was also Hanamup in early January 😅.

Today I'm going to have a bottle of Imi 😀.
This sake is sold by a liquor store in my neighborhood, but the rule is that they can only sell me one bottle a year 😅.
But due to the kindness of the store owner, we have two bottles at home, so we decided to open the bottle this time 😀.
We compared them with Bodai Hashiwado's Sanomorosugi and Yatagarasu, and the Yonotori that we opened yesterday😇.
We also had a bottle of Imi that had been brought to room temperature for the tasting, but Imi was by far the best tasting at room temperature😇.
The pure rice Bodai Hashihashi and Yonotori have an overwhelming aroma and taste with a strong individuality, while the Imi has a moderate aroma and taste, but when you hold it in your mouth, the well-balanced flavor opens up and then it finishes with a clean taste 🤣.

I was going to buy Urasato 2nd lot, but after much hesitation, I chose this one.
This sake is made by Musashi Winery.
It seems that it was originally brewed at Musashi Tsuru Brewery in Ogawa-machi, but the brewery is now closed (closed down?). It seems to be brewed at Takizawa Sake Brewery in Fukaya City since 22BY.
It seems that Musashi Winery is brewing the sake in their brewery rather than consignment brewing, so it is quite authentic.
The rice used is Isehikari. When the bottle is opened, there is a powerful pop. It has a gentle sweetness with a woody aroma and a gaseous feeling like that of soda. It also has a bitter taste like chocolate or coffee.
A little expensive at 3,000 yen 😅.

Actually, Machida Shuzo is also new to me, but after reading your post, I decided to add it to the nigori challenge this time 😀.
In my opinion, Kido is the most refreshing and fruity nigori sake, but Machida Shuzo's sake was even more refreshing than that 😀.

It has an interesting flavor, a little light on the first day 😊 it tastes better after a day to settle down, so you don't want to drink it all on the first day 🤣. ヤスベェI'm a very small person, so I can't open the sake I like and cherish and keep it in the fridge for a long time 😀 I've successfully completed my 200 check-in this time.
Now that I've successfully checked in for 200, I'm going to unleash the sake I've been storing away for the time being😅.
The first one to go is Hanayuup, which is a staple sake in our house 😀.
We buy all the other sakes in 4-gou bottles, but Hana Yuu is the only one we buy in 1-shou bottles, so I think this is the one we've drunk the most of so far 😀.
I never open a bottle of Hanayuup unless I always have at least one bottle in the fridge, but this was the first time I opened it without any reserve 😅.
It has a fruity sweetness, but it has a solid core of deliciousness that you can't go wrong with 😀.
The wife says she prefers the student's Hanayuup to the teacher's Jyushiyo 😅.
But now I'm wondering when I can get the next bottle once this one is empty😅.
