Saku Masanomochi Junmai Ginjo It's been a while since I've had a saku 🤗 Always beautiful and refreshing 🌀 Gorgeous and gentle aroma🥰 I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. The sweetness follows afterwards 🤤 The taste is elegant and you can drink as much as you want🤣. Shin Tschida Completely unfiltered brewing This one is tough to beat😵💫. I was prepared for this after reading the reviews, but... The personality is too strong! It's a character like no other sake! The aroma of grain🌾 and earth. First a sour taste like mirin💦 After that caramel sweetness🍮 Honestly, it's not that good😥. The cup is too small for the complex taste😅. It goes well with the rich taste of leek liver👍. I guess this is how people drank alcohol in the Edo period😳. I think this is the original taste of sake. 🌀 while there are many beautiful sake nowadays I can feel the earthy aroma 🤣 It reminds me of the Awamori that I got from the people in Ishigaki Island I remembered the Shirayuri🤔 At first it tastes like earth dissolved in water😨 The more I drink it, the more addicted I become 🤤 I hope it becomes like that! I wonder if the taste will change after a day I think I'll try drinking it lukewarm✌️.

I wonder if it's Miyamanishiki or Hitogochi... Oh no⁉️We have Yamae Nishiki😜! Lucky‼️‼️! This is delicious 😋️‼️. Refreshing aroma 🙃. The sweetness of the 🍬 is gorgeous and strong It's a very refreshing 💦 carbonated drink 😇. The sourness and slight bitterness are well 🥰 A little bit like a sweet white wine🍇👍 I'm not sure what to say about this one. I'm not sure what to do with it ⚔️. I'm sure you'll drink the other sake🌾 too🤣. I bought it from Kinoshita Meishu Shop with PayPay. 20% coupon points back😂. I'm so lucky❣️!

Nozomu (bo:) Special Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake Miyamanishiki Recommended by the shop owner🐾 It's been sitting in the fridge for a while😴. I wanted to drink a refreshing sake, so I opened the bottle! It's delicious... I should have drunk it sooner😋 Slightly refreshing and sweet aroma💕. The gentle rice sweetness of Miyamanishiki is balanced A crisp acidity that is not overpowering. The aftertaste is slightly pungent and messy but easy to drink without being overpowering😘 It goes well with all kinds of food! Tochigi prefecture has a lot of beautiful sake. I also recommend mochi (bo:) 👍 I️ also⭕ the attitude to be concerned about unfiltered and pure rice.

I was shocked by this sake when I drank it at the store before. It has been a while since it was released, so I bought it. The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so it is Junmai Daiginjo spec. The aroma and sweetness are strong and capricious. The sweetness is thick. The taste is easy to understand. Aroma, sweetness, and more. That's it.

Gassy and fresh. The mid-palate tastes like juicy fruit. The bitterness converges at the end. After a few days, the sweetness is more pronounced and I personally prefer it when the gas is released. The depth of the juiciness has increased. It's only listed as a nama-shu, but according to the liquor store's website, it looks like nama-gara-shu.

This is a limited brand of Kokushi Muso that I drank the other day. I wonder if it's true that you can't buy it in Hokkaido? The sweetness is a little pineapple-like and heavy. The aroma is also a little different, but it's more fruity. The aftertaste is nutty and ripe in the same vein as the Kokushi Muso we had the other day. It's quite unique and interesting. Kokushi Muso was spicier than Comet, but I have the impression that Kitashizuku is sweeter than Comet in other breweries. It says "R1BY" so it must have been aged in the brewery. It's a strange sake with a pineapple taste and a taste like old sake.

The rice is Gohyakumangoku. The aroma is a little gorgeous. It is refreshing in the mouth, but has a fruity sweetness in the second half. The gorgeousness is exquisite, but it is also a little lacking. I would prefer it if it had a little more umami, but it is summer. I get notifications of handshakes, but in some cases I don't get notifications of comments.

I've had the Kinoshita Meishakuten PB Suita no Zo, but this is my first time drinking Shuho itself. You can feel the sweetness and dark umami. At the end, you can feel the spiciness of Miyamanishiki. After I bought it, I noticed that the store had Aizan and other high-spec products in another refrigerator. This seems to be a standard product. It's not strong, but it leaves a gassy feeling for a few days after opening the bottle.

Saku Sannomochi Junmai Ginjo Yesterday was my birthday🎂 I opened a bottle of "Saku" which I drank before and liked. The faint melon aroma is refreshing😋. Sharp with firm acidity in the sweetness, easy to drink😆. As expected, it's delicious ️. I bought some assorted sashimi and a sea bream at the Kizu market and had my wife make some sea bream rice 🐟 I'm going to get addicted to Kizu market.

It's not on the official site, but it's a raw version of the classic product Ryu that was recently added to the lineup. I bought it because I thought it might be more to my liking. While making you think it is dry, you can also feel the sweetness from the soft mouthfeel. The taste is high level for a price of less than 1,000 yen without tax.

I found the Sake No Wa app and now I can enjoy choosing sake on weekends. Today's sake is "Amago no tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki unfiltered raw sake". The first sip is clean and elegant, but it leaves a strong aftertaste with a lot of presence like a nama-ginjo. It's delicious. I'm happy again today.
