nitoSake from the brewery that was popular last year at the Nagano sake event, YOMOYAMA NAGANO, is now available for drinking at home.
It is a small brewery run by a couple.
The sake is low in alcohol, high in acidity, fruity, and very modern. It really is like wine.
I think it will grow in the future. I'm sure it will grow in the future 😋😋😋😋😋.
