The nigori has a delicate feel like fine powder snow and a fresh, rich sweetness.
Now there is no more nigori in the refrigerator. This season is followed by the "kurabiraki" (opening of the brewery) and other sake events. I am sure there will be new sake in the fridge again. 😋😋😋😋
