Today, I went to the Miwa Daijin Shrine for the Sake Brewing Safety Prayer Festival (Sake Festival). On the way home, I bought some sake at the Imanishi Sake Brewery on the approach to the shrine. The rice used was not listed, so I went to the online store and found that it was not on sale yet, but I opened the bottle today since it was a store pre-release 🐰🎶. Fresh, schwarzpilly and lush ✨It's so clean and citrusy with an initial rice flavor 🥰 that it's hard to believe it's 70% milled rice. Delicious and goes well with the delicate Kyoto Senmaizuke 💕 A refreshing and versatile sake that goes well as a food sake💕. I love the freshness of the first sake bottled for the first time 💕

Pon-chan, thank you 🐰🍀 here too. Miwa Daijin Shrine is one of the three major sake shrines in Japan, along with Sako Shrine in Izumo and Matsuo Taisha in Kyoto, so there was a great display of sake offerings from all over Japan ✨We even got to enjoy some sake 🎶!

Second sake purchased from Kikuno Shoten in Mie Prefecture. Hatsu✨Wakabisu Shuzo Junmai Ginjyo called Maho. Wakabisu brews their sake using the Yamahai method, which is described as "Sodate-moto". Maho" means "truly excellent sake. The name of the sake means "truly excellent taste" ✨. The rice used is 100% Dewanosato with a milling ratio of 60% and an Alc of 16%. It has the acidity that is typical of Yamahai... and acidity! ...and acidity! ...Where is the umami of rice and the aroma of ginjo? Where's the rice flavor and the ginjo aroma? ...? When I bought it, the store recommended a temperature range of 60 degrees Celsius for this sake 😅I thought that was not an option... I've been heating it longer than usual, and it's probably over 50 degrees Celsius. I don't want to be huffing and puffing on a very heated sake 😭. It stings my eyes 😭. I closed my eyes and took a sip ❗Yumami of rice ✨. It's totally different! What's with this tsundere😍 I mean, you're too much of a maniac! I'm glad I only had 300ml 😅I learned a lot from this bottle.

I bought it from Kikuno Shoten in Mie prefecture. First time ✨Hanzang🐰🎶 It is called Sasanigori, but the percentage of nigori is not so much, but more than orikarami. The rice used is Mie Prefecture's sake rice, Kami no Ho, with a milling ratio of 60% and brewed with the prefecture's yeast, Alc 17, with a Sake meter value of +4. The bottle was opened without shaking it, but it did not blow out after the nigori was mixed, and the bottle was opened with a nice "sipon" sound. It has a fruity, pear-like mouthfeel with a gassy, gassy feeling, and the nigori rice flavor is very strong! You can enjoy many changes in a sip of this sake😍. I've heard that Kami no Ho is a sake rice that tends to produce a clear and refreshing sake, so even though it's cloudy and full of rice flavor, it's clear and free of any cloying flavors✨. Especially the nigori part is so coarse that it feels like you're drinking rice ✨. I think this is the first time I've had a sake that has such a good balance of freshness, clarity, fruityness, and riceiness 🥰. It was so delicious that I finished it in 2 days💘 I want to buy other Hanzo too!

I bought this today at Fukumori Sake Shop. First ✨R4BY✨ of the season. This is the second bottle of Uguisu in the garden I've had since Shunyomai. Fresh mouthfeel like a freshly squeezed new sake✨. Aromatic and fresh flavor and freshness for a junmai sake. The rice used is 80% Yume-Ichikyo and 20% Yamada-Nishiki, with an Alc of 16.

First time in my life ✨Tasake✨and Junmai Daiginjo❗ And yet ......... Yes, the year of manufacture in the photo is...H15.11ww. When we had a celebration party to celebrate the first shipment of R4BY at work, someone brought out the president's treasured sake Tasake Junmai Daiginjo 23 years(?) Aged 😱. I don't know if this is the first Tasake. But it must be very rare so I have to drink it💘 I tried it and it was just as I imagined it would be. Yes, it's beautiful! Even though it's been aged for over 20 years, it's still in the brewery's cellar, so there's no twitching. I'd like to try a normal tasake though 😭

The sixth type of sake was a Junmai Daiginjo from Banshu Aizan ✨😆. Aiyaman lovers will love this 🎶! The fruity, soft sweetness spreads elegantly and pulls away beautifully.

The brewery runs a restaurant called Yohkaro, which is open only from June to September when the brewery is not making sake. The building was renovated from the previous owner's residence, and the location was perfect, with a view of Lake Biwa through the pine trees in the garden ✨. The fifth sake we were offered was a special junmai, unfiltered, raw sake. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a milling ratio of 60% and an alc of 17. As you would expect from an unfiltered, unfiltered sake, it was very drinkable and spread out in your mouth 😄.

The fourth bottle served was a Junmai Ginjo Nakakumi, using Watafune rice with a milling ratio of 60% and an Alc of 17. The aroma was subdued and the flavor of the rice gradually spread in the mouth. There is no bitterness and it finishes crisp and clean.

The third bottle was a sparkling nigori sake✨. This sake is made from about 20 different varieties of rice grown in Shiga Prefecture. The mouthfeel is very fizzy and shwashy ✨The rice flavor is also very strong, but the mouthfeel is so smooth and refreshing that you can gobble it up 😅. It is a refreshing and dangerous sake❗w

The second bottle they served us was a Junmai Ginjo tobotsukuri✨. It was brewed with 901 yeast at a 50% milling ratio of Yamadanishiki with an Alc of 16. A daring ginjo with a daiginjo class rice polishing ratio! Mmmmmmmmmm 😍💕 It has a more crisp aftertaste than the previous daiginjo, which makes it perfect with a meal 💮💮. The president said they are aiming for a sharp and versatile all-around food sake, but with a good balance ✨.

The first sake served to us was a tobin-tori hi-ire, which is a sake that is entered in a sake competition. It was a daiginjo aged in a tobin with a 35% polishing ratio of Yamada-Nishiki 💕. The aroma was gorgeous and the elegant flavor spread in the mouth 😆. I don't want to swallow it 💕What a luxurious taste ✨I can see why it is a high-class sake. It's alky, but you can't tell it's alky at all and the aftertaste goes away beautifully ✨. The food is delicious, but the sake is so good that the food didn't go far enough ὰ.

It has been a long time since I have had a Hokkaido sake🐰 We had it at a neighbor's house. The rice used is Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing, with a rice polishing ratio of 70%. It is a junmai sake, and the flavor of the rice spreads out, making it delicious even when heated. For a sake made with 70% polished rice, it was easy to drink and refreshing without the rice bran feeling.

I bought it at the Takimoto Sake Shop in Kyoto 🐰 I bought it because I was attracted to the first sake rice called Hashu Honor✨. It is a sake rice produced in 2000 by crossing Miyamanishiki and Tamaryu F10 by the sake brewer himself, and is characterized by its sharpness, according to Takimoto. The fragrance is modest, but when you take it into your mouth, the delicate ginjo aroma spreads out and finishes with a lingering muscat-like aftertaste. It is easy to match with food and went well with cabbage rolls with its delicate flavor and gentle cabbage sweetness 🐰🎶.

It has a solid acidity and a hearty taste, but it is not hard to drink and has a deep flavor that I like.

I received this as a souvenir from Tokyo. Tokyo Minato Brewery, which I have been interested in since I saw Sake Pia. It is the only brewery in the 23 wards of Tokyo. This sake is made from Tokyo-grown edible rice, brewed with two types of Tokyo-derived yeast, and brewed with Tokyo tap water. What about Tokyo tap water? I thought. When I drank it, I found it to have a refreshing ginjo aroma and a slightly effervescent, refreshing mouthfeel. I had the impression that all the edible rice sake I've had so far, with the exception of Shunyomai, have a delicious taste, but this sake had a refreshing flavor that made me want to drink it with a glass of champagne. ✨🍸.

The barrel sake I drank before had a strong barrel aroma that I couldn't really taste the true flavor of sake, but this Masumi had a moderate barrel aroma and a soft rice flavor that was refreshing. This Masumi is a clear barrel sake like a clear stream with the aroma of a forest in the morning dew.

At Niigata wo Kome Comparison of 3 kinds of sake All of them are new to me 🐰🎶. Niigata is the image of dry junmai sake ✨ It is the holy land of Gohyakumangoku sake rice! The first one is a junmai sake with an alc of 18% and a milling ratio of 60%! It has a refreshing taste with a softness of rice in the mouth and is very drinkable! Simple is the best ✨, the royal road of sake!

After a long night of Go Around Osaka, I woke up late at a hotel in Shinsaibashi 🐰. I went to Niigata, which was recommended by Rafa and Umaïsan 🎶. And my first ✨Midorikawa✨! I've been wanting to try this sake since I saw it in a book💕. I didn't realize how popular it was for a plain Junmai sake. Uitatekou has a gentle rice aroma. The sweetness of the rice spreads gently and elegantly in the mouth 😍. It's not outstanding in any way, it's like a spring breeze caressing a meadow ✨. I think I could drink it endlessly if I made it a food sake 🙂. Midorikawa✨I'd love to try a variety 💕

After the 7th restaurant, we checked in to the hotel and thought we were done 😅Majimuri💦Though I thought it would be tough, I decided to finish off the night with a sake collaboration with Sakazukin. I saw it at the Takimoto Sake Shop and was curious about it ✨Sakazukin Collaboration Halloween Limited Sake It's sweet and fruity like Takachiyo💘 The appetizer was also made to look like Halloween and the Obake wiener was adorable😍! It was worth all the hard work. I mean it! I've been binge drinking 🤣 too much💦. I'm too scared to get on the scale for a while.
