It has been a long time since I have had a Hokkaido sake🐰
We had it at a neighbor's house.
The rice used is Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing, with a rice polishing ratio of 70%.
It is a junmai sake, and the flavor of the rice spreads out, making it delicious even when heated. For a sake made with 70% polished rice, it was easy to drink and refreshing without the rice bran feeling.
