On November 19, I went to a salmon spree held at Miyako Messe in Kyoto.
The first one was a comparison of new sake from Ryuriki.
Both sake are made from Gohyakumangoku rice.
The special junmai sake was a light yellow color with a slight sheen.
It was a good choice for the first sake, as it has a soft rice flavor and a smooth, easy-to-drink sharpness.
It was a good choice for the first drink.

Good morning 🐰This time, unlike the summer event, we did not have an all-you-can-drink party, so the number of participants and the number of warehouses was very small. We will invite you to the next one 🐰w when we get the information about the next one.

Good morning Rafa 🐰
Sake festivals are great because you can enjoy a variety of sake breweries all in one place, and you can also compare limited edition sake and enjoy a marriage with limited edition food 🎶 This time I didn't use up my 15 sake tickets and ran out of time 💦.
