Golden Chun Chun🐣 Hiden Hidden Nama Hashiroshi Standing aroma is Fuji apple 🍎. It's so gorgeous! It's as if the surrounding area is filled with the scent of apples. 🙂‍↕️ Slightly gassy Not as sweet as other Kinjaku, and the sweetness is quite moderate. The lactic acidity from the sake's yeast yeast is not so strong, but you can feel the presence of the acidity. Intertwined with the apple aroma, it is like biting into an apple in the mouth🥹. It is thick and drinkable. The umami is also strong and very elegant. The bitterness comes out at the end and the aftertaste is clean. The bitterness is distinctive, with a hint of chocolate. For me personally, the aroma and flavor are best when the temperature is low 😋. After drinking only 3 cups, I was too lazy to leave it in the fridge for a while! After a few days, the sweetness increased and the aroma changed When I first opened the bottle, the aroma was 9 apple to 1 lactic acid. Now the lactic acid is stronger, 7 apple, 3 lactic acid, plus a little bit of alu Slightly gassy feeling is still present. The aftertaste is exceptional, mature. I don't drink much sake these days. It's too expensive 😆. This is what I drank last month It has a slight aroma of strawberry 🍓! Sweet and subtle mouthfeel The tangy, slightly effervescent 🫧 taste is refreshing! You can drink it like a soda 😋. Too much digression! Sorry! Nature Township BIO I saw this at a liquor store and wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time, so I bought it. It's from the same brewery as Masamune. I drank it at home from noon 😸. Even though it's a special junmai, it smells like a ginjo! I could feel the grapes themselves 🍇. Light on the palate Light, refreshing and dry. Slightly gassy, easy to drink on a hot day 😊. The acidity derived from the sake yeast is not too heavy, but just the right amount of acidity. Delicious from the first sip! Even though it's fire-aged, it's still bubbly and slightly sparkling! Loose acidity, but a little apple cider-like. Sweet but fresh and dry. Rich Omachi flavor. It is thick and full-bodied. The lingering taste is short with grapefruit-like bitterness and astringency. You won't get tired of drinking it 😋 Good balance 👍 As for the snacks Her uncle planted pears grafted with peaches. I'll have this with some crustaceans. A few days ago we bought bamboo shoots in Alishan and made a seasonal bamboo shoot dish! I made them stir-fried with butter and soy sauce 🤤.

As a Nabeshima fan, you don't want to miss it! When it was announced in early March, a friend happened to be on a trip to Kyushu and I asked him to buy a bottle 🤭. And the second modern type released in April probably won't have the same connection 🥺. The label is so bright and gorgeous and the paper texture is so luxurious! The box design is more glamorous and the opening is adsorbed with magnets! The raw material rice is Yamadanishiki polished to a 35% polishing ratio, and this Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with a classic type 9 yeast! Expectations are high I finally opened it🤤. Mild and pleasant ginjo aroma Very slight sense of effervescence Sweetness is restrained, with a slight umami flavor that gradually expands in the latter half of the bottle. Unlike the tropical tropical impression of Nabeshima, this is a dry food sake with a refreshing taste. It would also go well with sushi 🍣. It's easy to match with light meals such as fish, but the flavor is a bit monotonous. You may get tired of drinking it by itself. To be honest, I was a little disappointed 🥲. It's rude to say that. I bought this sake from Hirado, Nagasaki when I traveled to Kyushu in January! The moment I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound! It sounded so good! I opened the bottle six months after I bought it, and it was amazing that it had a perfect gassy feeling 😋. The bouncing fizzy feeling is fun and very easy to drink! A hint of sweetness The flavor is soft. The bitterness of grapefruit gives it a sharpness that I really like! I drank the whole bottle in no time 🤣. I first heard of Fukkai through a recommendation from a yakitori restaurant in Kumamoto! After drinking it at the yakitori restaurant, I immediately went to the liquor store and bought two bottles to bring back to Taiwan! Thank you so much for letting me meet such a great sake💕. I actually booked another flight to Saga Airport in December! I am looking forward to my next trip to Kyushu 🧳 ✈️

The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

This is the first time for me to visit this place Okayama Kamogata Sake Kujira Masamune "Dainippon Bicchu no Sake" 🐋. The writing on the label is awesome! My girlfriend went to Tottori with a friend for a visit. I wasn't going to go, but I did at the last minute🤣. So! I finally found a sake from Tottori✨. When I think of Tottori, I think of strong. I've never had strong before! First we ordered three different strong sakes to compare 😆. Inabatsuru, Hiokizakura and Chiyomusubi! You can see the amber color! All of them have a mature taste 😆. The rice flavor is very strong! It might be difficult for those who are not used to this mature taste 😆.

I love Nabeshima😁. It's quite expensive, but I bought it on impulse! Aroma of pear 🍐 rises up. Good body, leaning towards a rich flavor. The taste of rice is also well expressed, soft and round. Overall, it is plump and satisfying to drink. It is quite fruity without much gasiness. After 2 or 3 glasses, the sweetness gradually comes out. Great pear🍐 and grape🍇 flavors The bitterness and astringency, similar to black grapes, are elegant. This unique and characteristic grape-like taste is really good! I drank half of it and let the rest sit for a few days. The astringency is a bit muted, which I like, and the sweetness and other flavors balance out the astringency. Sweet and juicy, like drinking pear juice 🤤. It tastes so good, it's a shame to drink it🥺💓 I'll leave it for a few more days and see how it goes.

I think the original is better 🤔 I remember when I was a little girl, my mother took me to a local restaurant to eat wonton noodles 🍜! and it was delicious and business was booming! The store has since disappeared 30+ years later, a relative of the first owner opened a new store I heard that they have inherited the taste of those days, so I rushed to try it! I was very happy and made many, many good memories 🥰.

Fresh aroma of melon🍈. Light, yet soft mouthfeel. The aroma makes you think it is sweet, but it is refreshingly dry. Well-balanced with a touch of acidity Fruity and quite juicy Drinking it is like eating a melon with green flesh 🍈. It's low alcohol with 13 degrees of water, but it's delicious 😄. Went to a beer festival over the weekend. I brought home 3 cans of Monkish beer that was bottled less than 30 days ago from California! Super tasty! Hops are endlessly fascinating💕💕💕
