This is Hato Masamune's Summer Jun. For me, this is one of the sake that makes me think "summer has come! I think, "Summer is here! The initial aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a refreshing acidity with a slight astringency that finishes off the taste. I was concerned about the bitterness because Mr. Manachie wrote that it was a little strong, but I didn't notice any bitterness. Lately, I don't often feel bitterness when I drink sake. Is it just because I was drunk, or is it because my tongue is more mature than it used to be 🤔... I'm going to sing a song now. (I don't sing) It was delicious 🍶✨️

Nanashiriki Nana apple 🍎. Hana-Souri 🌾 sake with apple acid yeast 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of acidity that finishes off the taste. Although it says that malic acid yeast is used, the acidity is only accentuated. It is a summer sake, so it is refreshing, but it is a well-balanced sake with a strong sense of the umami of Hanasoui. I enjoyed it with the taro meat in the third picture 🦑. It was delicious 🍶✨️

It is Inamuraya's Kaze Reisou (涼颯冷爽) 🎐. The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of apple. The palate has a refreshing apple-like sweetness and acidity. If I was thirsty, I would gobble it up, but I would prefer it to be a little thicker. It was delicious 🍶🍎.

Arisawa is famous for Bunkajin, but this is a different brand, Kagamino-Origarami. I had the clear sake two years ago and enjoyed it, so I had the ogara-mi this time. The initial aroma is softly sweet with a hint of pear and rice. In the mouth, there is a hint of acidity and juicy rice sweetness. I think it is a bit more drinkable than Bunka Jin. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

Nyozora's Newspaper: 🗞️ Hachinohe Sake Brewery also has a Hakutsuru brand of newsprint sake, with Ryo Ku using Hana Soui🌾 and Hakutsuru using Hana Fuki🌾. The top aroma is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, it has a dark, mild acidity and a sweet umami flavor that is typical of low-temperature-aged nama sake. This newspaper sake is honestly not very Aomori-like, but I personally think it's as good as Isoboast 😉. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is Hakutsuru's summer Junmai. Sake made with malic acid high-producing yeast🍶. The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of malic acidity. The acidity of the malic acid is not too assertive, like Fuji apples🍎. It was refreshing and delicious🍶✨️

Hachinohe Sake Brewery has two factories, one in Hachinohe and the other in Goto. Goto's Donburi, which goes on sale in summer, is made at the Goto factory, while Sanno's Donburi, which goes on sale in winter, is made at the Hachinohe factory. There is no factory in Sanno, by the way🙄. This will be the first summer Donbeli 🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of sourness from the rice. The mouthfeel has a milky rice sweetness with a hint of acidity. It is very milky because it is well strained. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is also the anniversary special menu Tetorigawa. Hiyoroshi (shipped in October 2000) and Arabashiri (shipped in March 2001). I would like to start with the hiyaoroshi, but thanks to the passage of almost 25 years, both hiyaoroshi and arabashiri have matured so much that my stupid tongue could not tell the difference 😂. Anyway, I had it cold 🍶😅. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of maturity. It's a fully matured hiyaoroshi & arabashiri with a slight caramel flavor on the palate. It's all over the place with a great flavor 😊. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is also the H16BY (2004) Yamasan Masamune from the anniversary menu 🍶. It was served cold. The nose has a slightly caramelized mature aroma. It has a slight matured taste on the palate, but you can catch a glimpse of the daiginjo-style of a solid brewery. It's 20 years old, but if you usually drink robust type of sake, it may be just right. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

This is Tasake's special pure yamahai brew, shipped in January 1994 🍶. Special menu for the anniversary celebration of the owner's restaurant that I sometimes visit😊. In 1994...I was still a minor 😌. It was served cold. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of maturity. It has a ripe, lightly caramelized aroma on the palate, but it's so beautiful that it doesn't feel 30 years old. It is hard to explain in words, but I felt the greatness of Tasake. It was a very precious and delicious sake 🍶✨️

The last sake I bought as a souvenir from Aizu was a fire-brewed bottle of Aizu Chusho Fukunohana🍶. I wanted to get the Watanabe Sota Shoten's limited edition nama-shu, but the four-pack was sold out a while ago, so I decided to buy the fire-brewed version. The top aroma is soft and sweet like melon🍈. On the first day, it was melon-like but a bit hard overall, but by the second day it was completely melon🍈melon🍈😊. A sweet melon🍈 that is very drinkable on the palate. If it was this good in fire-roasted, I'm sure it would have been good in nama-zake too 🤔I think I'll mail order nama-zake next year. It was delicious🍶✨️ The third picture is of the Tsurunoe Sake Brewery, about a 5 minute walk from where we were staying. Unfortunately, Yuri was not there.

It is Aizu's souvenir of Aizu. I bought a bottle of last year's sake, as it seems that the new sake will be available a little later. This is a peach label drinking comparison of Aizu souvenirs. First, let's start with the transparent bottle on the left. The top aroma is a sweet aroma of rice. The top clear aroma was sweet with a hint of rice. The first sip has a juicy sweetness with a hint of acidity and nigori. The bitter taste is not noticeable when it is mixed, but it is balanced out. When mixed, the bitterness doesn't bother me, it's well-balanced and delicious 😊. On the second day, it became fruity and I finished the four-pack in two days, which is unusual for me. (I usually drink only about 1 gou at home) Then the top of the tea bottle. The top aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a clear and beautiful ripe fruit sweetness. This one is sweet and dry, contrary to the rough running after the second day 🤔. I wish I could have bought it, but I gave up because there was only one bottle of yellow label left 🥹.

chika-san, you can ask Mr. Muro or mail order from Mr. Gonoi. I recommend the nigori (nigori is a type of rice wine). If you mix them, there is no unpleasant bitterness.

I forgot to drink this in Aizu, but it is Kita no Hana. This is the one from Sota's hump party that I drank at my favorite bar. The top aroma is slightly sweet. The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma, with a light sweetness and a hint of acidity that finishes off the palate. According to the Sota no Hump Kai booklet, last year it was sweet, so this year they made it dry 🙄 It was delicious! It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third one is Kita no Hana no Kura, about a 5 minute walk from Kitakata station. I scribbled a note on my phone and erased it by mistake yesterday 😅I think the lady at the store told me they are making about 300 koku now 🤔...
