Maruishi is a wholesaler's PB and its sales are limited to the Kanto area. A while ago, I drank a Junmai Junmai Daiginjo, but this time it is a Junmai Daiginjo🍶 with a fresh yeast yeast yeast. The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you take it into your mouth, you will find soft acidity and a refined sweetness that is typical of daiginjos. Naturally, it has a more elegant finish than the pure rice version made from the traditional sake yeast. Delicious 🍶✨

Hato Masamune's collaboration sake with Hasegawa Sake Shop 🍶🕊. I had bought it at the beginning of July, but it turned 😷 right after I bought it, and to top it off, chika-san beat me to it 😅. Well, the first aroma is slightly sweet with soft acidity. In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and mellowness, but the sharpness is fast and quite refreshing. The sweetness increases after a few days, but it is a bit like a thinner version of Sato Kikai's special junmai shiboritate nama-shu. Was it made as a summer sake or did they want to keep it low in alcohol 🤔. I would have liked to drink the original sake before adding water. This was delicious 🕊✨

I had Ilya Thornton🥂 once at the beginning of May. Ordered it to see how the taste has changed after 4 months since then. The aroma on the nose is slightly mellow and sweet. The palate has a soft acidity and a mild sweetness. The sweetness lingers and finishes with a slight bitterness. The bitterness has become much less pronounced and the sweetness has increased, giving it a mellowness. I look forward to drinking Sogape while it ages at home 😊. It was delicious ✨🥂.

I wonder if Erwolf is a different brand to test a different sake than Ni-Rabbit. Aiyama 80% polished sake 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, unlike Ni-Rabbit, the sweetness is subdued, but the smooth umami taste is typical of Ni-Rabbit. It is slightly dry, which is different from Ni-Toshi. Delicious ✨

This is my first visit to Benkei, a sake brewery 🍶. I drank at the master's store in response to chika's showing off a bottle of sake 🥹. The first aroma is a gorgeous sweet aroma. It has a nice sweetness and a light umami taste in the mouth. It has a slight bitterness that finishes off. A little more refreshing than the Jungin of Kojo-Nishiki we had the other day. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Don't stop Noto! Kaze no Mori collaboration. Yamadanishiki that escaped the disaster, brewed with Kanazawa yeast and ultra-hard water in Gosho. They were selling it in bulk, so they stocked up. The aroma on the nose is sweet, with a hint of white chrysanthemum from Okunoto. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness similar to that of Okunoto's white chrysanthemum. The final taste is a slight bitterness that is typical of Kaze no Mori and finishes off the palate. It was a strange collaboration of flavors and aromas, but it was delicious 🍶✨.
