Outside drinking. 100% Ginpu First time at Hana-Hayo ✨ Popular sake, so expect it. The aroma is sweet and sour and is immediately noticeable when poured into a glass. Aromatic. The color is like potassium. I wonder if it is unfiltered. The sweetness comes quickly and spreads in the mouth. It is easy to drink... ⁉️ But then the astringency appears. I thought it was different from what I expected, but it was interesting to see the difference in taste. A complex and mysterious tasting sake 🍶. Now I want to try a different version 😊.

Outside drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture The color is slightly yellow. The aroma is slightly sweet. The mouthfeel is also slightly sweet, but the acidity is stronger. However, the acidity is stronger. It is clean, but has a punch due to its clear outline 👊. The astringency remains strongly in the aftertaste. It has a long lingering aftertaste, so it is a sake for those who want to savor it.

This is another melon and grape split in two. The mouthfeel is fizzy and the grapes are very assertive. The orgeat stimulation to the throat is small, but the stimulation to the tongue is moderate because of the fizzy feeling. The taste of rice can be well felt, and a solid taste can be felt after the sweetness.

The aroma is that of grapes. The mouthfeel is fizzy, like a sparkling wine. Although it is origarari, it is not so different from nigorizake in appearance. It's like a grape version of Uguisu in the garden, but this one has a stronger fizzy feeling.

Sweet grape aroma like a white wine. The mouthfeel is hypoallergenic alcohol, subtly sweet but clean. Not much stimulation comes to the throat. It's not dry, but it's refreshing, so there's no problem pairing it with the same food you would pair a dry wine with. In fact, it's probably better that way.

The aroma is of melon. The mouthfeel is mellow and fizzy, like melon soda. It is moderately alcoholic and has little stimulation to the throat. I personally like it, but it is still delicious. It is regrettable that there is no liquor store nearby.

香りは正直アルコール臭い。強いて言うなら柑橘系の皮か葡萄。 口当たりはぶどうの甘さ。次にアルコール感が結構来て、味わいの変化にはなく、余韻は長くて渋みが残る。ここもアルコール感が強くでている。ただ、甘みも残る。 そこまで変化するわけでもないし美酒でもないが、（個人的な意見です。）美味しいですよ。この系統の日本酒好きな方にはいいのではないてしょうか。（有名なので既に呑んでいるかもしれないですが。）

香りは白ワインの様な感じ。回すとさらに香る。 味わいも白ワインから酸味を抜き取ったような味。余韻は甘さと酸味がバランスよく続く。 アルコール感は結構ある。 とてもコスパがいいので貴醸酒を飲んでみたい方にはおすすめ。

香りはヨーグルトの酸味に苺のような甘み。味わいも苺ヨーグルトそのもの。アルコール感は程々に感じる。余韻はとても長い。甘い。 いつもいろいろ書く私も今回はこれしか書けない。「これは苺ヨーグルトです！」

アルコールの匂いが強いが、系統としてはバナナか、林檎かもしれない。コメの旨味系の味わいである。葡萄と柑橘の甘みがファーストインプレッションでその後葡萄が残る。ただ、余韻はコメというよりは甘さが強い印象。酸味はなく、若干発泡感を感じる。 正直個人的には味わいに関しては終始葡萄に感じた。

とても華やかな味。甘いですね。これもサイダーのような甘みが感じられる日本酒です。苦味はなく、甘みがおそらくコメの旨味である。余韻は短く、水を飲めばすぐに消える。

右のです。香りは柑橘とラムネの間のような感じ。まるでラムネのような軽やかさと発泡感をファーストインプレッションで感じる。アルコール感は全く気にならなく、特筆すべき点としては苦味が中々にあるところであろう。甘いと思って呑んだ人には期待を裏切る形になるのではないか。

柑橘の香りを感じ、甘みはみかんそのもの。苦味を少し感じる感じ。あまり辛口なだけあってキレはよく、しばらくすれば口には何も残らないほど。しかしコメの旨味を最初から最後まで感じられる。重くはない。アルコール感はそこそこあり、甘いので料理は選ばなくてはならないだろう。

葡萄の香り。最初に甘みが現れるがすぐに消えてグレープフルーツの様な苦味が強い感じが現れる。多少発泡感あり。喉を通ったあとはナッツ香が鼻をくすぐる。余韻はそれほどないが、水を呑んでも苦味が残る。 ただこれだけははっきり言える。旨い。

バナナ、葡萄、少しナッツのような香りが鼻を駆け抜け、葡萄のような甘みがメインでグレープフルーツの様な苦味を少し感じる。酸味はあまり無い。余韻は深く、コメの旨味とここでも苦味を感じる。 たた、水で消えるのでしつこくは無い。
