chika sent me this Gojo Haruho 😊. This is a 50% Yamadanishiki polished sake 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a slight acidity and a smooth sweetness and richness that finishes nicely in the mouth. It is a little more smooth than the Gojozo mellow we drank the other day. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Gojozo's mellow. This sake is only sold in the area around Goto-cho, where the Hachinohe Sake Brewery Gotoh plant, which makes Jyozora, is located. I found out that this "Houjun" is a new product that will be sold from this season, and only 170 four-pack bottles and 140 one-pack bottles will be sold. I asked chika-san to buy it for me at the Tatehana Kishibe morning market in Hachinohe! Nai suu 😆👍️ The aroma on the nose is "mellow" and sweet, with a hint of richness, just as the name suggests. In the mouth, it has a slight acidity and a sweetness like millet sugar, and it has a crispness that is easily felt by the palate. It was delicious, just like a freshly squeezed, freshly brewed sake of Sato Kikata with a lot of flavor 😆🍶. The second apple juice 🍎 I got as an extra was also delicious 😋.

I drank some Amami, Saku, Soyojo, etc. that day, This may have been the best! This is a Goso brewed at Hachinohe Kind of Nyokura! It seems to be limited edition. Good luck with your guess, Nyozora-san 💪! I want to support them and drink again☺.

By the way, did you drink at Gotoh? I don't think you can drink in the Hachinohe area. Yes, Raku-no-Se is very big 😊. I also like the mellow Raku no se, but lately I'm sensing a strong bitterness 🤔. I also heard that Asahi Wakamatsu will be made this year.
