It's shimofuri romance 🍶🥩. The first aroma is sweet with a slight freshness of new sake. In the mouth, it has a mildly mellow nigori flavor and sweetness with a slight tingling sensation. I wonder if the roughness of new sake remained six months ago, but on the contrary, it is not too heavy, which is my favorite 🥰. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

It is Jungin Yamahai of Tasake 🍶. The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity from Yamahai. In the mouth, it has a sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a mild umami taste. I think I can feel more umami than last year 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨️

去年つぶちゃんに勧められて気になっていた超濃厚ヨーグルト🐄 やっと飲むことが出来ました。 上立ち香は甘酸っぱいヨーグルトの香り。 口に含むとジャージ牛の濃厚なヨーグルトの甘酸っぱさ。 お酒感まったくありません😆 美味しいヨーグルトドリンクでした🥛✨️

Nanbu Bijin no Autumn Agari. The top aroma is fresh and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a clear sweetness with a hint of acidity and a good amount of flavor. It is a good sake 😊. It was delicious with a refreshing taste that is typical of Nanbu Bijin 🍶✨️

This is Sake Mirai from Hanyo Otokoyama. It is our first time to visit this brewery. The initial aroma is softly sweet with a full-bodied flavor. In the mouth, it is moderately spicy with a hint of sweetness. It is very drinkable, and it would be interesting to warm it up. It was delicious 🍶✨️

It's Jyushiyo Jun Dai Banshu Yamadanishiki 🍶. The owner of my favorite restaurant has finally been approved by a famous liquor store in Yotsuya to buy it 🎉. The aroma is soft and sweet on the nose. It has a soft sweet aroma on the top and a mildly rich, sweet flavor in the mouth. Do you think Jyushiyo is mellower and tastier when it's unpasteurized than when it's freshly brewed? Maybe it depends on the grade 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨️

It is nigori sake from Tamakura 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of koji and rice. Silky milky rice milk in the mouth 🥛😋. It has been strained beautifully. The sweetness is moderately moderate for a sake degree of -24. This one is fire-aged, but there is also a draft, so I would love to try the draft of this season's sake. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is a one-time fire-brewed Matsuo Jiman, a limited local brand of Kangiku. The label did not give detailed specifications of the sake rice, etc., but according to the website of Yajima Sake Brewery in Funabashi, Matsuo-Hojiman uses yeast No. 14 (while Kangiku uses M310 yeast). (Kangiku uses M310 yeast). I had it cold 🍶. The aroma is soft and sweet on the nose. It is juicy and sweet with a hint of Kangiku in the mouth. I felt it was a shame to keep it as a local only sake. I would like to try it in the early spring when they release fresh sake 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨️

narai beta It looks like wine, but it is a sake made by Suginomori Sake Brewery in Narai, Shiojiri City, which is famous for Naraijuku on the old Nakasendo Road. If you buy it outside of your hometown, it costs about 5,000 yen 🤔. The top aroma is sweet with a refreshing coolness. The first sip has a refreshing citrusy acidity and a juicy sweetness. It's a bit un-Nagano-esque but very tasty 🍶✨️😊

This Asnaro is brewed by students of Kitasato University Towada Campus and Toji Satoki. Sake brewed with Towada-grown Masugura🌾🍶. The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of apple and rice. On the palate, it has soft acidity and a refreshingly mild rice sweetness. It was a clean, dry sake that is typical of Kikisan's sake. It was delicious 🍶✨️

It is Akita Sake Komachi of Tasake 🍶. The first aroma is softly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich sweetness and umami that is typical of Akita Sake Komachi. I have the impression that last year was a bit dry, but this year the Akita Sake Komachi is delicious with its good qualities 😊. It was delicious 🍶✨️

It's Isoboast's Tokujun Seishun 🍶. I had only ever had Isoboast as a honjozo 😊. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a light and mild sweetness and umami in the mouth. Compared to the Honjozo I've had before, it's much cleaner. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is a summer sake from Narumi. This year we stocked it at the master's store 😊. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild acidity and a good sweetness. Last year, the acidity was strong and a bit harsh, but it has become much easier to drink. It was delicious 🍶✨️ But I don't think I can recommend it to those who don't like acidity yet 🤔 lol

This is Okura's Arabashiri. This is the first time I've had arabashiri. I had it cold 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth it has a juicy sweetness with a hint of sourness. It is well-balanced and delicious 😊. I think Okura is something you drink with a sense of excitement because it is tasty but a little peculiar, thick or sour, so I was disappointed in a good way lol.

Ten Asahi Koji 39. As the name suggests, it is a sake with 39% koji 🍶. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness with a hint of sourness. It is a sweet and sour type of sake that is often found in sake with a high percentage of koji, but it has a core strength that is typical of the Ten Asahi Sake (maybe because it is an R5BY?). It was a very strong sake. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Active nigori white beef from black cattle 🐮. Every year the gas is so strong that the master of the restaurant said he puts it in a bucket when he opens the bottle 🍾. The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of koji. It had been a few days since the bottle was opened, but it was quite shwashy in the mouth 🫧. The sweetness of the rice is refreshingly juicy with a hint of acidity. We enjoyed it with fried horse mackerel (not pictured) 🍶✨️

This is an autumn sake with a cute label by Kisora 🍶. I've had the cute labels for spring and summer, but this will be my first autumn sake. Koji: Hanabukiyuki🌾Kake: Mashigure🌾 sake🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a mild umami. Unlike the label, it is dry with a clean aftertaste. Many of the cute labels of Jyokuro are sweet, so this was a bit unexpected, but it was delicious.

This is Tsukikage of Kouei Chrysanthemum, first time for me 🌛. Sake with divine power 🍶🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. Slightly gassy on the palate 🫧. Slight acidity and a refreshing sweetness. I've had a few peculiar sakes from Jinriki, so I don't have a good image of it, but this one was delicious without any peculiarities 😊🍶.

Collage The wine is a limited edition of Suzuden in Yotsuya, Tokyo. The first aroma is soft and fresh sweet aroma. It has a refreshing acidity and light sweetness in the mouth. It has a slight astringent taste and finishes quickly. It's the first time I've ever had such a refreshing Collage 🤔. I don't drink so much Kuraku. It was delicious 🍶✨️
