This year, influenced by you, I often drink nigori sake at home. I don't like nigori during the new sake season because it tingles in the mouth and is often painful, but around summer it settles down and you can taste the juicy sweetness of the rice and it is delicious 😊. I was curious about this one because I saw quite a few people drinking it last year 🫏. The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it is a fluffy rice mousse with a slight gassy feeling. There is a refreshing sweetness from the rice and a hint of sourness. A little sake-like at the end 🤔. It was delicious. ✨️

This is MYVY Maibi from Mai-Bijin. The one I drank in May this year, shipped in October 2023, had a color like soy sauce, but this one, shipped in July this year? It's a light reddish color 🤔. I had it cold 🍶. The first aroma is sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the rich, syrupy sweetness. It has a hint of mild acidity, but it's still sweet 😅. The owner of the store says that the color and taste of Maibi are completely different every time he purchases it. That's what I expected from Mai Bijin 😂. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Blue lemon doo 🍋‍🟩 It is a very strange sake with 5 degrees alcohol by volume but -9 sake by volume and 19.1 acidity 😆. I had it cold 🍶. The top aroma is acidic. The top aroma is acidic, like the aroma of lemon essence on your hand 30cm away 🤔. Mild acidity and slight sweetness in the mouth. The acidity is not as intense as if you were licking lemon juice straight from the bottle, but more like lemon water. It has a slight complex flavor and a peculiar taste that is refreshing. I was allowed to drink something interesting 😌. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is an ice-aged sake from Hanaharu🍶. It looks like it's a limited edition for the plant shop. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a sweet flavor with a mild richness that is typical of ice-aged sake. It has a slight sense of maturity, but (for me) I don't mind it. It was quite delicious. ✨️

It is a Yamahai Junmai from Raku no Se. It was served cold 🍶. The first aroma is mellow and sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, it has a slightly ripe, mildly sweet flavor with a hint of acidity and a slight astringency that finishes off the palate. According to what President Murase told me at the Raku-no-Se meeting I attended in May, the first lot of the R5BY was made the year before last, and the rice did not melt due to high temperatures, resulting in a flabby sake. It is true that it was a bit ripe. Maybe it would have been better with hot sake 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨️

First time in a long time at the General's restaurant. It's an orizake of Asakayou 🍶. They have it in a plastic bottle because it is very active 🤔. The top aroma is a slight sweet aroma of rice. Milky and silky rice sweetness in the mouth. The sweetness is just right and the lees are well strained, smooth on the palate and very much to my liking 😊. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This year, thanks to chika-san, I was able to get two bottles of new Tasake sake, including the one I bought myself, so I let one sit in the back of the fridge, thinking it would be delicious to drink during this time of summer 😊. The aroma on the nose is fresh, fresh and sweet. The first sip has a fresh, sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a refreshing sweetness. The dryness that I felt when I drank it last December is gone, and the flavor is just right, making it the best fresh ripe one. The taste is great. chika-san, Aomori's Sage is great!

Higashi Tsuru's White. Sake made with white malted rice🍶. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness and thanks to the acidity from the white malted rice, it is not too sweet and has a good balance. I felt a little bit like white wine. It went well with the smoked egg 😊. It was delicious 🍶✨️

The owner is Fukuwakura Ohatsu, famous for its Imuraya azuki bar. The initial aroma is fruity and sweet. It is a joke to say that it is like an adzuki-bar in your mouth, but it is quite sweet. It is recommended for those who like sweet. It was delicious😊✨️

Kiku Masamune's Kikumasagin Nama Sake. I've been following a lot of liquor stores and breweries on Instagram and I've been noticing their ads popping up a lot lately 😅. I had it chilled 🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of banana and melon candy. It's not that spectacular. It is easy to drink with a moderate and mild sweetness in the mouth. I think it has a clearer profile than the fire-roasted gimpak sold at convenience stores, but I think gimpak drunk at room temperature tastes better. Actually, the gimpak is perfect 🤔⁉️ It was delicious 🍶.

Yoshimizu from CWS. I tried to buy it but it was sold out so quickly that I gave up. I bought it at Wakamatsuya Sake Shop, which had it in stock in time 😊. The top aroma is soft sweet aroma of rice. The top clear aroma is soft sweet aroma of rice. The top clear aroma is a clear sweetness accompanied by a refreshing sweetness and umami. This was another dry sake perfect for summer. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The previous owner passed away suddenly and the young brewer seems to be doing well, but the sake is made by Mr. Takagaki's apprentice, Touji Takeuchi, so there's no doubt about it 😊.

This is Sentori Modern Sanshiki. The master told us that it was produced in December of last year, but the brewery is continuing to ship it after making some adjustments. The initial aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of koji malt. The second fermentation in the bottle gives it a lively shwash on the palate. The strong carbonation makes it feel a bit dry, but the refreshing sweetness is perfect for summer. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Super dry from Du Lai. Master's store now stocks it. I am very happy to hear that. The aroma is slightly sweet. The glass is filled with slightly carbonated bubbles. In the mouth, there is a firm umami with a slight acidity and a hint of sweetness. It is crisp and clean with a slight astringency. This is quite delicious 😋. I could understand why Mr. Upyon praised it so highly. It is not too spicy, so I recommend it to those who like a refreshing sake.

It's been a while since I've had Tobiroki's Black Label. The first aroma is softly sweet with a hint of rice. In the mouth, there is a slight astringency and a hint of elegant sweetness. It is like a dry version of the white Hiyoroki. It is as sharp as ever, but I feel sweeter than when I drank it 3 years ago. When I drank it before, it was really like water 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Sakuta's REBOOT 79 Sake made from Seikei 79, which at the time of its development (1973) was not grown because it was not suited to Aomori's cool climate, and is the mother of Hanafukuyuki🌾. The first aroma is slightly sweet. It has a slightly sweet aroma on the first sip, and a light sweetness that gradually gives way to a delicious flavor. It is a beautiful sake with a slightly dry taste that is typical of Sakuta. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Raku no se no dera nigori. It is sold exclusively at special dealers in Aichi Prefecture due to the small production quantity (about 80 bottles). Last year, when I visited a brewery in Aichi, I asked the store I stopped by to order some 🤭. The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of acidity from the rice. In the mouth, it has the acidity of Yamahai with the sweetness of rice. Since it is al-soze, the aftertaste is lighter than that of Junmai. Since it is 20 degrees Celsius, it is a bit heavy when opened, but as you drink it over time, it starts to mellow out. It tastes good warmed up, but I think I'll keep it until it gets a little cooler😅. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third one is Dera nigori 🍶 that I bought by the case. Except for one bottle for me and two bottles for my friends, I delivered the rest to the store of the general who first drank Raku no se 😉.

chika sent me this Gojo Haruho 😊. This is a 50% Yamadanishiki polished sake 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a slight acidity and a smooth sweetness and richness that finishes nicely in the mouth. It is a little more smooth than the Gojozo mellow we drank the other day. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is Tamagawa's Yamahai Yamadanishiki 2016BY. Natural brewing series with between 20 and 21 degrees alcohol by volume 😉. This one also shipped this February. Of course hot 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a mildly sweet flavor that is very satisfying on the palate. The Tamagawa naturally brewed series has the image of being fully fermented, but it is quite sweet. It may be due to the high potential of Yamada-Nishiki 🤔. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

This is the fire-brewed version of the improved Omachi 60 of the Ten Asahi Days. This one is also hot 🍶. The nose has a sweet aroma with a hint of caramel. Mildly sweet and delicious with a caramel flavor in the mouth. This one has a lot of flavor too 😊. I'm sure I'll become a fan of the Ten Rising Sun 🦆⁉️ It was delicious🍶✨️

Hi Kab 🌞. I was drunk and had a weird reply😅. There are surprisingly few stores in Tokyo that specialize in Jyu-Ho-Kyu-Yi. There are quite a few private stores that are good at heating sake that don't carry it.
