This is my favorite Hachitsuru hiyaoroshi sake. This is also a Hanafuki sake🍶. I forgot to take a picture of the glass, but it had a yellowish color for a hiyaoroshi sake. The first aroma is mellow and sweet. In the mouth, it has a thick, mellow, honey-like flavor and sweetness. This year's Hachizuru hiyaoroshi has a strong umami (flavor). I wonder if this is the one that they let the December release of Tsuru label Tokujun Arabashiri sit for a while? 🤔 It was pretty tasty 🍶✨

We have replenished our Aomori component at Ringo no Hana in Arakicho. Hato Masamune's special pure rice 🕊. Sake brewed with Hanafukuyuki 🍶. The nose has a slight apple and pineapple aroma on the nose. Mellow fruity sweet and sour taste on the palate with a slight astringency. It finishes with a slight astringency. I knew it! Hana Fuki no Sagehame is great! I haven't had a dark blue label Tokujun in a while, but this one is better than the seasonal Tokujun 🙄. It was delicious 🕊✨

A bottle of Shinsei Lapidus shipped in December 2015! This is the last square bottle of Shinsei at my usual master's store. As you can see from the back label, there was a time when it was neither wooden vat nor low alu (15 degrees) 🤔. The top aroma is modest, and there is a slight aging aroma, but I don't particularly care for it. When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness like Shinsei and a strong umami 😋. I can't compare it to Lapis since it's my first time drinking it, but my friend who has been drinking sake for a long time with me said it was completely different from the recent Shinsei Lapis. It is outrageous that you, who do not even like Shinsei, would drink it! I'm sorry to those of you who think that I'm not a fan of Shinsei. It was delicious and very drinkable ✨🥂🥂.

Riasake Naturale Domaine Tasuki🥂 in Sogape. This is the third time I've had it, having had it in May and July (not posted). The top aroma is sweet with just a hint of richness. In the mouth, juicy sweetness and a full-bodied umami taste like a hint of wasanbon came out! In the past, the sweetness and umami were not so apparent, and the astringency was noticeable. Sogape is a duck that needs to be laid down, right? I'm not sure. Delicious...no it was delicious ✨🥂.

The season for new sake has come early 😌. Houou Mita's first Shibori 🍶. The first aroma has a slight pineapple flavor 🍍. Slight bitterness and juicy sweetness on the palate. It's so fresh 😋. It was delicious 🍶✨

This is my first time to Shichihonjari🍶. The label on the back of the bottle says that they started brewing in wooden vats to preserve the technique and tradition of wooden vats. The first aroma is of wooden vats and a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, there is a slight gasiness. There was a beautiful sweetness and a slight sourness. The flavor of the wooden vat was quite good. It was delicious ✨🍶.

It's been a while since I've had a Jyushiyo🍶. The Honmaru has been upgraded to 55% polished this year. The regular price is 3000 yen and change. If you can get it😅 The first aroma is sweet and delicious 🤤. Mildly sweet and delicious in the mouth 🤤. It's refreshing and clean, just like Aruzoe. I'm not as impressed as I used to be because I've been drinking a lot of sake over the past year or two and have found some that I like that are easy to find, but in my opinion, this is still a very special sake along with Tasake. It was delicious 🍶✨

It's a fudous-san 🔥. Akita Sake Komachi Sake🍶. The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose. It's beautiful in the mouth because it's made from a hanging bottle, but the sweetness is mainly refreshing and there's not much acidity or umami (flavor) 🤔. I drank a hanged Daiginjo a while ago and it was also kind of lackluster... It seems to be delicious when I read your comments 😅 I wonder if it's because of the time of year? Is it the time of year? 🤔 Thanks for the food 🍶.

It is Junmai Ginjo Yamahai of Tasake 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a slight mild acidity and a mild sweetness on the palate. I think it is more clean and refreshing than Tokujun's Yamahai. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Aizu Nakasyo's Nigori Sake 🍶. It will be an alcoholic sake. The top aroma smells slightly of sake. The supernatant in the mouth is super strong 😵. When mixed with ori, it mellows out but is still slightly dry with a hint of sakekasu flavor 🤔. I guess this sake has been made for the local market for a long time, but I felt it was a different sake from the image I had of Aizu Chusho. I guess not many people would understand if I say it has a rugged taste like the Sanko nigori sake I had a while ago 😅. Thanks for the food ✨

This is a limited edition bottle of Tasake no Imameya. Akita Sake Komachi 55% polished sake🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma, and the second sip has a dark, sweet flavor typical of Akita Sake Komachi. I can tolerate it, but it is a bit sweet, so if you liked Tasake Tokusyu before the taste change, it may be too sweet 🤔. It was delicious ✨🍶.

Shikishima no Yumesansui 🏞️ I actually bought this one from Noboru in Tenri on my trip to Nara last year😅. After I bought it, I drank another Shikishima and it wasn't so good, so I hesitated to open it and it's been a year 😌. The top aroma is slightly sweet with a woody flavor and acidity. In the mouth, it has a smoky woody flavor and a rich acidity and umami. Some people said it was like whiskey, and I thought I understood what they meant. On the fifth day, it became even sweeter and quite tasty. I wonder if it was a good idea to let it rest? 🤔 I reviewed Shikishima.

Urasato Junmai Ginjo Nama Hashiro. Last year, I tasted the sweetness on the 5th day after opening the bottle outside, but this year, I bought it at home to enjoy the change of taste 😊. On the day of opening the bottle The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity is a little noticeable and the sweetness is moderate, as is typical for a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast. We decided to give it a little time to see how it tastes 🙄. 3rd day The acidity is still strong, but the sweetness of last year's wine has emerged. This is promising 😌. 5th day The acidity has mellowed and the taste is much sweeter 😘. I think it tastes better when it's been open for a while this year too. Well, it's a matter of taste. I wonder if it would be better to drink Junmai or something like that? I don't know 😅 Thanks for the food ✨

This will be my first time at Kiku no Tsukasa🍶. I wonder if it is a summer sake because it is a sparkler 🎇. I heard they use Hitomebore. The first aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice. Shigemasu's dry 🍶, which is more of a sweet sake. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is dry for a Shigemasu sake, as it claims to be dry. It has a moderate sweetness, but a soft spiciness soon follows. This softness is typical of Shigemasu. It was quite delicious.

Nice to meet you Beian Daikoku 🍶. This will be the last sake I drank on the sake go-around day, even though it is a non-participating restaurant. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. The first sip has a sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a mild sweetness. We also drank Mutabu and Daisetsukei (3rd and 4th photos), but I think they were probably tasty because I left notes on my phone for only these. By the way, I was sick the next day and slept 😌. I'm glad I made it a holiday weekend😅.
