Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-shu from Ando Suigun 🏴‍☠️. Koji: Hanabukiyuki🌾Kakemai: Mashigure🌾. We got almost the bottom of the bottle🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavor with a hint of millet sugar. The finish is crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Aomori sake. Last year it was very light, perhaps because the rice was too hard, but this year it is very good 😊 (sorry to sound so arrogant). It was delicious 🍶🏴‍☠️

La la la la ♫ Sake made by Sekinoi Sake Brewery using Tsubaki yeast developed by Hachinohe National College of Technology 🍶. It's not Maki Ohguro 😌. I don't think it has much of an overtone. I don't know much about camellia flower aroma. Sweet and sour on the palate. It has a refreshing acidity and a refreshing sweetness. It is refreshing thanks to the acidity. It was a modern sake that didn't look like Sekinoi including the label. It was delicious ✨🍶. The third one is sauteed yam with butter 🥔.

Shichiriki Spring Shibori Nama Sake. This is the first time to drink Nanashiriki Nama Sake. This is a sake made with Hwasoi🌾. The aroma on the nose is sweet and glossy. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the full-bodied sweetness that is typical of Hwasoi 🌾, and it finishes off smoothly and beautifully. Hanasou is a crossbreed of Hanabukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, and it is a good sake rice that has inherited the advantages of both. It was so good that I drank the whole glass at once. I should have ordered a full glass.

It's a nigori sake from Morai 🍶. I bought it with Joppari at Aomori Hokusaikan, an Aomori antenna store near Iidabashi station 😊. I started with the supernatant. It has a mild sweet aroma of rice with a hint of acidity. The taste in the mouth is cool and mildly sweet and umami. Next, mix and mingle. The top-rising aroma is a mildly sweet aroma of nigori with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, it has a mild nigori sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of acidity. When mixed together, it is refreshing, just like Morai. It was quite tasty 🐇✨️

It is a light nigori (nigori) draft sake from Kuheiji 🍶. The master said that Kuheiji said it was the best ever. The aroma on the nose is fresh and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the freshness of new sake. It has a juicy sweet flavor with a slight astringency. This is going to be even better when it is laid down 😊. It was just as delicious as Kuheiji said it would be ✨🍶.

It is Kaiun no Shunyo🍶. Originally developed as low protein rice for diabetics and kidney disease patients, it began to be used as sake rice because of its low amino acid content (less cloying taste). The initial aroma is slightly sweet and gorgeous. In the mouth, it has a refreshingly clear sweetness and umami, as is typical of Kaiun, but it may be a little hard 🤔. I guess we can expect more in the future 🤔.

This is Yamamoto's test brew 🍶. The yeast is undisclosed 🤔. The top aroma is similar to the No. 6 and No. 7 I had the other day 🤔. I'm not sure lol When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshingly mild umami and sweetness like Yamamoto, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. I don't know, but Yamamoto's draft sake is delicious 😤 lol

Reizan's Honjozo (brewed from rice) 🍶. I bought this one at an antenna store in Ginza last summer and put it to sleep 🧸. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a slight sweet aroma on the top, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a clean dry taste. I was thirsty, so I drank it in gulps. It seems to not get drunk when it's around 14 degrees. It was delicious 🍶.

Honjozo of Koroh 🍶. I bought it at an antenna store in Ginza last summer and put it to sleep... 🧸. The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet, which is typical of Kumamoto yeast. When you take it into your mouth, it has a full-bodied, slightly sweet aroma with a hint of maturity, similar to Ayahana, which is made with the same strain of yeast, No. 9. The sweetness swelled up when it was heated. It was delicious 🍶🧸.

SkyBlue by Shichiriki. Sake made with Hua Soui🌾🍶. I thought it was a stylish bottle, but it was a magnum bottle. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor that is typical of Hwaso. It is a little dry and has a clean, light taste. Delicious 🍶✨️

Sakuta's Toku Jun Yumikuchi🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the strong umami for Sakuta's Tokujun, just as the label says. But it is still a very sharp and clean sake. Beautiful sake as always. Delicious!
