This is my first time in Sogape's numero un 🥂. I received a mouthful. The nose is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight feeling of gas. It has a juicy sweetness with a hint of acidity. The slight acidity gives it a sharp finish. It was like a sweet white wine. It was delicious ✨🥂.

It is Junmai from Ohroku. The top aroma is slightly tincture-like. The first aroma is slightly tincture-like. By the second sip, the tincture disappears and the aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and a refreshing sweetness. It has the umami flavor typical of Oroku, but it may be a little dry. It was delicious ✨.

This is the one I had before the sake go-around... Tasake's Akita Sake Komachi🌾. This is the first Junmai Ginjo I've had. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight astringency and a light sweetness. It finishes with a slight acidity. Compared to the Junmai Daiginjo Akita Sake Komachi, it is more refreshing. It was delicious 🍶✨.

The ninth sake go-around was at Urasato. This year, the handsome Touji came to visit us again. First up was Urasato's Junmai sake🍶. The first aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. The gentle sweetness on the palate reminds me of melon or banana. This year's junmai sake is delicious😊. The second and third photos are of the Junmai from Kiri-Tsukuba. I asked to try it because it is rose yeast. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it is not too sweet and is quite refreshing. Both were delicious 🍶✨.

The eighth sake go-around was Sairyu🐉. There was a young brewer here. Heated 2018BY Sairyu 🍶. The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of maturity. The first aroma is a sweet aroma with a hint of aging. The younger the aging, the easier it is to drink for me, who has a young tongue 😊. I also drank the Dobu soda from the Namahashimoto brewery, and it was refreshing and delicious. It was a good chaser 🥤. According to the brewer, during the brewing period, you can drink as much as you want of Dobu Soda. Maybe I should go work there too 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨

The seventh sake go-around was at Teisho🎍. The ninth generation young president of the company was here. Teisho is made entirely from rice. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, there was a slight acidity and a refreshing sweetness. It was a very crisp sake. It was delicious 🍶✨.

The fifth sake go-around was at Miyoshigiku, where the toji was also there, but I forgot to take a picture so I omitted it🐾. The sixth sake was Yamori🦎 Hiyoroshi (hiya oroshi). The president and chief brewer of Toshimaya Sake Brewery was there. The first aroma was slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor that is typical of hiyaoroshi. I have often tasted bitter tastes in Yamori's unpasteurized sake, but I did not taste any bitterness due to the fact that it was once fire-aged. It was delicious 🍶✨.

The third sake go-around is Chiyomusubi 🍙. This is my first time drinking Chiyomusubi 🥺. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous, fruity, and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a thick, thick, sweet flavor. I like this thick feeling 😘. I think the sales manager came to the restaurant and said that the San-in region has a different sake making process from the west to the east. It was delicious 🍶✨

The second sake go-around was Tsururei. The sales manager of Tsururei was there. This mellow sake was served at room temperature. The aroma was sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied flavor and sweetness typical of Tsururei. I have had this before, but it becomes sweet and delicious again when the temperature goes up. I would like to try drinking it warm 🤔. The second one is Tsururei's special pure Yamadanishiki hiyaoroshi. I wanted to drink this one warm, but the restaurant was very busy with the event, so I would like to try again at a later date. I had it cold and of course it was delicious. Tsururei is delicious 🍶✨.

Tasake tobidori 🍶. Very good Tasake 😆. The top aroma is a refined sweet ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft sweetness and a deep, thick umami. It has a nice sharpness that goes down smoothly. It was so good, it's expensive 😅. The second picture is Pon-chan (Pon-chan) who is happy with the rice wine.

Yesterday we had a sake go-around 😆🍶. First up was a 50th anniversary bottle of Tasake 🍾. This year Mr. Tadashi Adachi and the president of the company were there. The aroma is modest with a hint of acidity on the nose. In the mouth, there is a subtle sweetness and umami with a hint of sourness and a richness that is typical of Kojo-nishiki. It is like the difference in rice between Tasake's Tokujun Yamahai and Yamahai. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Okuharima Bariju, brewed for the first time since Mr. Yamauchi moved to Okuharima. We had it warmed 🍶. The aroma on the nose is sweet with a slight grain aroma and a hint of lactic acidity. The palate is dry and refreshing with a delicate acidity and the beautiful sweetness and umami of Yume-Nishiki. Compared to the 26BY that we drank in May, the acidity is tame, but the balance of sweetness and umami is very good (in the sense that it is generally well received). As a member of the "perverted sake lover's club," I prefer a more acidic wine 😇. When it gets a little cooler, I plan to buy a bottle and leave it uncorked at room temperature 😘.

Ice-tempered raw sake made with Hanafukuyuki (華吹雪) by Morai The aroma is fruity and sweet with a slight 🍍 flavor. It has a mild sweetness on the palate, but like Aomori sake, it has a clean aftertaste. It finishes with a slight spiciness. There was a comment that it tastes better if you raise the temperature, so I heated it up with a lentil warmer and the spiciness disappeared and the slight citrus acidity stood out, making it quite delicious. Aomori sage is meh 🍶😘.

It is Yamada Nishiki from Nisato👯🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a full-bodied sweetness with a hint of acidity. It finishes with a slight astringency. I think it is the most well-balanced and my favorite of the two hares I have had so far. It was delicious!

KT are the initials of a farmer in Handa City who produces the sake rice for this sake, Yume-Ginko🌾. Ni-Utsuri👯 is a collaboration between Gikyo and Shikishima and is sold only in Aichi Prefecture. The top aroma is sweet with a mild acidity. In the mouth, juicy sweetness and acidity. The taste is sharp with a slight astringency. It was a well-balanced and delicious sake 👯✨.

It is a satin of two hare👯. This sake is made from a reintroduced rice called Manzai rice🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet and sour. When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth sweetness with a hint of sourness. It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the taste. Although it is a low alcohol (13 degrees Celsius), it is a very drinkable sake that does not make you feel that it is low. It was delicious 👯✨
