East Rikishi's Drunken Summer (Watermelon) 🍉. East Rikishi drinks for the first time. The top aroma is softly sweet. In the mouth, it has a juicy sweetness with a hint of acidity. It finishes with a slight astringent taste. I don't feel the watermelon, but it was refreshing and delicious, just like a summer sake 🍶✨️

Yamazan Hitokokochi is a fire-returned sake. Last year, I drank some Yamazan's nama-sake, but it was hard and didn't taste good at all😅. I was wondering if my taste buds are crazy 🙄 but everyone was raving about it, so I thought I would wait until I drank it one more time before making a decision. The aroma is soft and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, your tongue will be chili chili🫧. Juicy sweetness with a slight astringency. It has a fresh feeling even though it's fire-aged, which is totally different from the Yamazan I drank last year. I think it might have been a different sake inside 😂. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Walk on the Wild Side of Miyoshikiku! This is my first time drinking the Wild Side series. The top aroma is softly sweet with a full-bodied flavor. The palate has a light sweet flavor of Omachi. It is not a pure sake, but a 14% sake, so I guess it is a summer sake 🤔. For a sake that is supposed to be a walk on the wild side, it was a normal tasty sake 🍶✨️

It is Sairai's S's Special Honjozo 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. It has a mild sweetness on the palate and a slight astringency of alcohol. It's a great sake that costs only 3000 yen for a bottle 😊. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

This is a summer sake from Kanbokuto 🎐. The bright blue bottle is a summer sake 😊. The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of koji. The first aroma is softly sweet with a hint of koji malt. Refreshing acidity and a refreshing juicy sweetness. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The Aoyama Mikawaya where I bought it was one of only two distributors of Kanpokuto in the Kanto region, but it closed at the end of this month, probably due to redevelopment 😢. The only one left is Masaruya in Machida, but I can't see them selling it on SNS 🤔.

It is a summer sake from Niida Nature Sake 🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of koji malt with a slight acidity. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight carbonic acidity. It has a strong acidity like lemon🍋 with a sweet and refreshing aftertaste. The proprietress said it was quite sour 😵‍💫 this year. It was quite sour lol ✨️

White Bear in the Sky 🐻‍❄️ I guess it's been 2 years. Hua Fuyuki🌾's sake 🍶. The top aroma is softly sweet. It has a deep sweet flavor on the palate. Most of the seasonal sake with cute labels of Kisora are sweet and sour, but this year's is very sweet 🤔. It was delicious 🐻‍❄️🧸

Junmai Ginjo Pink🩷 by Morai Test brewed sake made with Akita Sake Komachi🌾🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you will find a hint of acidity and sweetness typical of Akita Sake Komachi. The refreshing acidity accentuates the refreshing aftertaste. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

Sapphire of Six Roots💎. This is my first drink since the label change. Hana Sou 🌾 sake 🍶. The first aroma is softly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and a sweet flavor that is typical of Hwaso🌾. After all, Hwaso🌾 sakes are rarely a disappointment 😊. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Beautiful Tsushima from Kawachi Brewery in Tsushima: 🏝️ Looks like they changed their name to Hakutake Brewery in October 2023 🤔. Strange? I looked at the photo carefully and found that the production date is March 2023😅. I was thinking 🤔 that the sake looks very matured, but now I know why 😂. The first aroma is a slightly sweet mature aroma. It has a strong sense of maturity in the mouth. It has a good flavor. Well, thank you 😅

Toyobai Summer Sake. Miso Nishiki🌾 sake🍶. The aroma on the nose is softly fruity and sweet. The mild acidity and refreshing sweetness typical of summer sake was delicious on the palate 🍶✨️ The third one is boiled mizu (wild vegetables). It was also delicious with a crunchy texture and no peculiarity 😊.

Rokune Summer Sake. Sake made with Hua Moui🌾🍶. The aroma is sweet with a full-bodied flavor. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity, which is typical of Hwaso🌾. A little sweeter than the previous Hato Masamune. I enjoyed it with the third one, kabu (turnip) and cucumber with ume plum 😊. It was delicious🍶✨️

Jungin Hanasoui🌾 Red by Hato Masamune. I haven't had this since I drank the raw sake at AQE two years ago. I checked, but the number of distributors is quite limited and there are no stores in Tokyo that carry it. The initial aroma is fruity sweet with mild acidity. On the palate, it has a juicy acidity like slightly ripe fruit and a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hwasoi. We paired it with the third photo, a shiitake mushroom from Owani (🍄‍🟫) sautéed in butter, and it was delicious on its own or with a mealtime drink. I hope T.KISO who likes Hana Soui🌾 will drink this. It might be a bit sweet for Manachie, but I think a certain chika living in Aomori should drink this instead of drinking something new fat lol. It's the most delicious one I've had this year. 🕊️✨️

Royal blue of Nanashiriki. Sake made with white malted rice brewed Hwasoi🌾🍶. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor with the acidity of white malted rice. Sake made with Hana-Soui often has a sharp acidity like that of Kyoho (grape), but the acidity of the white malted rice makes it a refreshing sake. It was delicious🍶✨️

This is a Hato Masamune AQE vertical drinking comparison: 🕊️ 2024 AQE is the one I asked chika to buy for me😊. The 2025 AQE is sold exclusively at Hiwaya. I bought it at the AQE venue. I started with the 2024 AQE. The top aroma is soft pineapple🍍 type sweet aroma. In the mouth, it is crisp and clean with a slight acidity and a light pineapple sweetness. The acidity has settled down after a year and the impression has changed a lot, but it is still delicious. Then there is the 2025 AQE. The nose has a sweet aroma with mild acidity. In the mouth, there is a hint of acidity and a slight sweetness of rice. It is similar to Sato Kiki's Hatsu Shibori. It is delicious with a lot of flavor. The second picture is a Hato-Masamune's front hanging given to me in the rock-paper-scissors tournament held at the end of the event. I was so happy 😆. The third picture is of the brewers of the participating AQE breweries. Hato Masamune's president's son, who is planning to take over the company, was there (small and you can't see him, but he is the leftmost one). He was a fresh and handsome guy. The fourth photo is of the toji-san from the breweries participating in AQE. I was a little disappointed when I heard that Mr. Ki was not participating at Hato Masamune, but the brewer who is scheduled to succeed Mr. Ki came to the event 😊.
