It was hot today and I wanted to drink a gassy sake, so I opened a bottle 😊. It smells like melon and banana, and in the mouth it has a strong gassy and fruity taste with a moderate lingering aftertaste that disappears with a slight bitterness 😋. I thought it might be a little sweet and tiring to drink, but the strong gasiness covered it up and it was a well-balanced and delicious sake, thanks for the treat 🍶.

My wife's parents like dry sake, so I asked the liquor store to recommend a dry, easy-drinking sake for us to buy 😊. I knew about Kubota, so I thought it would be light and dry... but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be, it was more like a very beautiful sake that could be either sweet or dry 😊.

I had been eyeing a bottle of Reihou Nigori because I enjoyed it so much the last time I drank it, and when I got the information that today was the day it would be in stock, I immediately purchased it 😊. The top aroma was like white peaches, with a strong but not too assertive gasiness and a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a slight hint of koji. I tried drinking it after mixing the lees, and although the umami flavor increased a little, it did not feel so heavy because of the gasiness 👌. It was richer than Reihou's nigori, with a slight bitterness at the end and it seemed to disappear easily 🍶. I personally love the light nigori with a little bitterness, so it was a dangerous sake that I drank so much of it that I drank the whole bottle in one night 😊. Thank you for the drink 😋.

I was supposed to take a day off from drinking today... but I had to open a bottle because I was so pissed off at work and I had to drink it 😅. It smells like melon and banana and has a refreshing taste 😊. It has a nice sweetness and acidity, not as gassy as I thought it would be, and at 13% alcohol, I thought it would be light, but it's full-bodied, with a sour and bitter taste that disappears at the end... very tasty 😋.

My wife's parents came to our house to celebrate their child's entrance to preschool, so we opened this bottle that we had been saving 😊. If you like "Hiran", this one was recommended to us by our favorite liquor store 🍶. It started with a melon and apple flavor, then a hint of koji, a little acidity, and a hint of sweetness, and then a smooth finish with no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes 😋. My wife's parents, who don't like sweet sake, said it was delicious and drank several more glasses of it in one night 😅. The clerk at the liquor store explained to me that it represents the history of the Mori Sake Brewery, just like the word "milestone" means "guidepost", and he was right, Thank you very much for your kindness 😊.

Here is another memorandum. I have been drinking Tanaka Rokuugo regularly since I learned about it at an izakaya in Fukuoka, but I had no idea there was a nama-shu ver, so I bought this one 💰. It has a white grape-like aroma with a hint of sweetness, and since it is a nama-shu, it has more gas than the regular Tanaka Rokuugo. Overall, it was a well-balanced sake that I never got tired of drinking 😊.

This is also as a reminder. I thought it would be robust because it is Yamahai, but it was rather light and soft 🤔. I have the impression that it was easy to drink with a good balance of moderate gasiness, sweetness and umami due to the low alcohol content 😊.

It tastes like strawberries and muscats, with a strong gassy taste, and a bit of sweetness and acidity, like Calpis soda, and as the name implies, it's a refreshing sake that pops and is very tasty 😊. I had a chance to meet a friend from Shimane for the first time in a while and told her that I love sake, so I bought a small 300ml bottle. The waitress told me that it is a classic, robust and tasty sake, but also modern and has a core fan base 👀👀. It smells like melon and banana, has a strong gasiness due to the active nigori, and a great umami of rice, with almost no acidity, and it is very tasty with a slight bitterness and a crisp finish 😊.

I'm a sucker for seasonal 😅 It's a light nigori, so I started with the supernatant, which has a strong sourness and bitterness, and not too much gas 🤔. When I mixed ori with it, the sourness and bitterness were slightly reduced and the sweetness and umami mixed together just right 🤔! It was a fresh spring sake, delicious 😊.

[Memorandum] [Right At Sakelabo Tokyo 😊. The last sake I had to finish was Shinmasa's Yonotori. 🐦‍🔥 It is a sweet sake, but not cloyingly sweet, and I can see why it is so popular 😊.
